It's Halloween and one of my favorite dead rappers has been resurrected to appear in a new video. Yep Tupac is back! Keyshia Cole has finally dropped the video for "Playa Cardz Right" and I've got it for you.

By now we've all heard the details of the horrible tragedy that has devastated Jennifer Hudson and her family. Like many of you, my thoughts and prayers have been with Jennifer all weekend, hoping for the safe return of her nephew Julian King, and the strength to carry the surviving members of the family through this terrible time. While blogs normally seem synonymous with hate, I thought today would would be an appropriate day to think about what songs have helped you through difficult times like the one Jennifer is going through right now.

50 Cent and Ciara can't be too bad off because homegirl showed up on Shade 45 in the Morning with my homegirl Angela Yee. Ang sent me a bunch of audio from this morning's interview where Ciara opens up about her dream to work with Victoria's Secret, her relationship with 50 Cent and confirmation that her album won't be out til 2009. Check out the clips below:

Beyonce appeared on MTV's "TRL" yesterday with both her new videos, for "Single Ladies" and "If I Were A Boy." The singer also opened up about her upcoming album I Am... revealing that the set will be a double disc collection.

Men's Health spends some time with the Princess of Crunk & B, Ciara for their November issue. The svelte singer posed for a special spread in the magazine and opened up with some good tips on staying focused while dating. Ciara also revealed that she's picked up her drive for performing from athletes.
Beyonce's new singles "If I Were A Boy" and "Single Ladies" have been out for a whopping four days and they are already getting crazy spins on the radio. Strangely enough though public opinion doesn't seem to be too high for either song just yet. Pretty much everyone who I've talked to says both songs are weak and even worse - boring. But all that might change soon enough, now that there's a video right?
After a nearly two week hiatus Janet Jackson is returning to her "Rock Withchu Tour," following an illness that put her on the sidelines. Promoters Live Nation confirmed to Access Hollywood that the superstar will return to her cross country trek beginning Saturday, October 11 in Uncasville, CT. The singer canceled concerts in Montreal, Boston, Philadelphia and Greensboro, North Carolina after she fell ill and was rushed to the hospital during a pre-show sound check, Monday September 29 in Montreal. Hopefully Janet is in the clear now and will be able to continue the tour without further interruption. I'm really rooting for her.

What kind of f*ckery is this??? I got an email yesterday saying Amy Winehouse recently tried to commit suicide and I almost replied back - AGAIN? Then it hit me that most people wouldn't consider all those hospitalizations and supposed bouts with exhaustion (overdoses?) to be attempts on her own life, but let's be real about it. The child has been crying out for help for two years now. I know I've written at least four Crazy Amy news stories and who knows how many blogs about the woman.

Yes more Beyonce. Twice in one day. What can I say though? She's an unstoppable force, and the masses just can't get enough of her. So much so that one single premiere just isn't enough for Queen Bey. She heard what you were saying about "If I Were A Boy" sounding like elevator music and had to hit ya with her surefire dancefloor friendly female empowerment second single "Single Ladies".
The video for Ciara's T-Pain assisted single "Go Girl" has finally been released. Ciara's futuristic bondage costumes had everyone wondering what was gonna happen, but much like that "nude" VIBE cover, the hype might have been bigger than what the video actually called for. I'll let you be the judge though.
Keyshia Cole is gearing up for the release of her third album, due out late this year. A lil birdie left me one of her new records, "Playa Cardz Right" which features 2Pac.

Brandy is back with her new album Human on November 11th (peep the official cover above) and the former "Moesha" star hit up Hot 97 to talk to Angie Martinez about the upcoming project as well as all the things she's gone through since her last album dropped, including her involvement in that fatal car accident nearly two years ago.

Is the world ready for a movie about Ne-Yo? I sure hope so, because the artist born Shaffer Smith is following in Eminem's footsteps by starring in an upcoming film about his personal journey to stardom.

Obviously with the new album coming Beyonce is about to be everywhere. The singer has signed on to perform at the MTV Europe Music Awards this November, potentially to sing her dual singles "If I Were A Boy" and "Single Ladies" from her upcoming album.
