One of the bright spots of the weekend was watching Team USA win over the Chinese Sunday morning. I couldn't help but smile when this commercial break came on featuring footage of Marvin Gaye singing the National Anthem with the US Olympic team.
Last but not least I got the following statement straight from Chris Brown and his label Jive Records:
Recently, unauthorized Chris Brown material was leaked online. Most of the unfinished songs were demos and reference tracks Brown and his production team were writing and producing for other artists. Brown's record label, Jive Records is doing everything possible to prevent any further illegal distribution of these tracks. Please clarify this on your site if possible. We don't want to confuse fans into thinking songs such as "Clarity" are off Chris Brown's 3rd LP.
There you have it – so if you're all excited over some bootleg Chris Brown songs – they ain't his!
