Fergie Chooses Shoes Over Boo's, Jennifer Hudson Gets All Dressed Up For SATC Soundtrack

I love Fergie, but I'm not crazy about her Nelly song "Party People" so I was thrilled to find out she recorded this song "Labels or Love" for the Sex and the City soundtrack where Fergie basically says she'd rather have Blahniks over Big...If you're not into labels you might not like her particular brand of name dropping but I definitely can dig the idea of being more devoted to finding the perfect pair of pumps than going on a manhunt.

Here's what Fergie Ferg had to say about contributing the theme song to the film:
“I grew up watching Sex and the City and I know a lot of my girlfriends did as well,” says Fergie. “We felt like these characters were our friends, so to be a part of this project has been amazing.” Fergie added, “I would die to do a video with the girls.” (uh, the treatment for that is written already I'm sure)
“Labels or Love” open the film which hits theaters May 30 as well as the Sex and the City: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, out May 27.
Jennifer Hudson is acting in the film as well, as an assistant who she says is "a young, sweet girl ... in love with love." Her song "All Dressed Up in Love" (written by Jack Splash and Cee-Lo) will play over the film's end credits. J-Hud doesn't always nail it (just being honest) but if it's the closing song I'm sure she does the damn thing.

Damn I can't wait to see this movie! And I need to know some info on this movie called "The Secret Lives of Bees", my young crush Tristan Wilds (Michael from the Wire), JHud, Latifah & AKeys is suppose to be in it.

Akinelye had a song called "Sex In The City" a while back. They should have included that joint on the soundtrack, too!
ksh...the secret life of bees is a movie based on a book of the same name so just look it up on spark notes..its actually a very good book i read this summer

Don't care for the "Sex and the City show" and I don't care for the movie. I don't see what is the purpose of it. It good to see Jennifer Hudson in another movie but she might only get 10 mins in the film.
I've seen some posters on Wealthy Kiss.c o m. It's a dating site where people can find their perfect matches or quality friendships. Got no idea who posted them up there.
