Alicia Keys Shuts Matt Lauer Down, Pays Homage to Spike Lee and Is The Object of Janet's Desire?

The video for Alicia Keys third single, Teenage Love Affair, should be ready fairly soon. The clip will be styled after Spike Lee's film "School Daze" which I LOVED and think is a classic. Here's Alicia on the set talking about the song and her current tour.
She also performed the song yesterday on the "Today" show where she also shut Matt Lauer down when he tried to ask her about the Blender quotes. Watch below.
In a recent E! Online interview Janet Jackson admitted she'd crush on Alicia. Peep the excerpt below:
You’ve said it doesn’t bother you if someone says you’re gay or bisexual. So if you were, who would be your top three girl crushes? I don’t know if I have three. I think I would pick Alicia Keys, for sure. I think she’s wonderful.

ya'll talking like alicia shit on matt.. matt is one of the most respected and most distinguished, stand-up journalists out there. did you see how politely and respectfully he brought it up? he knew she didnt' want to speak on it like that so he gave her an opportunity to clear it up.. he wasn't trying to spin shit.. matt actually gave alicia the platform to put it to rest.. some of you are really out of touch. and if you don't know about matt lauer and his credibility as a fair journalist you need to read up on the man
I agree, Matt Lauer is a very good journalist and he was being respectful of her.
If anything, it was obvious that Alicia regrets her comments and was trying to dodge Matt's questions. If Blender got her comments incorrect, then wouldn't she use the opportunity of being on the Today Show to clarify what she really meant? But no, she knew she was in the wrong, so she refused to even answer the question.
Alicia deserves to be boycotted. She should be honored Janet know who she is!!!

I still got mad respect for Alicia & I think her shit was most likely taking out of context! The media takes things out of proportion to much & good to see Matt just let it go after Alicia didn't answer the question.
