Ciara held auditions in Atlanta today and let us get a sneak peek at the raw talent she plans to mold into a hot dance crew.
Now word on the street is, Ciara is looking for well rounded dancers. There are tons of dancers that can freestyle, but can you freestyle and bring a level of comprehension of standard dance terms and technique?

Ciara is in the video but no she did not dance during the entire audition...
Now, the reason why I mention Janet is cause I know that stans will come out with the force to wreck shop on my comment section, but also because... I love that Ciara keeps it funky fresh and as the dance princess -- Janet being the dance queen-- thats a good look. I was told the other day that there are pics on the internet of Janet allegedly on the set of her new video. And sure enough, there was Gil.
No offense but I need Gil to go on sabatical. Just for a video or two.... just not choreograph or assist or even be in the damn room. No offense Gil cause you fly but enough already.
Anyways, shout out to Ciara for loving what we do and shout out to Gyant for making it rain in the first place.

Just so you all know. A lot of the dancers got overlooked because they were just ALL OVER THE PLACE. Take the kat with the red vest and yellow shirt [Derrell Ricardo]. He was immediately eliminated because he lacked control.

The majority of dancers in Atlanta are lazy. They never take class and expect to go to an audition and make it, and when they don't...get really pissed off. It's not going to happen unless they TRAIN!! I'm not saying they are all lazy...there are many that are serious about the industry and train, train, train!! Get it together dancers!! I wish you all would chill out. Every time a post is made about Ciara, Janet or Aaliyah you all have to start dissing them. All of those artists are different in their own way. Ciara isn't trying to be Janet any more than Aaliyah. Every since Aaliyah died people have been trying to make her into this great artists. She too, was a mini Janet. All the females that came out after Janet, singing and dancing, are mini Janets. It isn't just Ciara, get over. NONE of them are great singers. There are things Ciara do that Janet never did.
