According to Chicago's CBS affiliate WBBM, during a pre-trial motion yesterday (August 21), prosecutors said they hope to bring in an expert witness who has examined the vein patterns of the man's hand in the videotape, which they believe is consistent with Kelly's hand.
Defense attorneys scoffed at the tactic, calling it bad science and not as conclusive as using fingerprints. Judge Vincent Gaughan temporarily put off a ruling on the prosecution's motion to bring in this witness.
The judge also ruled that both the jury and media will be allowed to view the entire 26-minute video that allegedly shows Kelly, among other things, urinating on an under-aged girl. Lawyers for the prosecution apparently asked the judge to reconsider the decision, alleging that it may re-victimize the girl in the video. But judge Gaughan upheld his decision, saying the young woman that prosecutors say is featured on the tape has denied it is her.
But while y'all were looking for that bootleg of the video you kept all these years, we were still wondering if Kell's soap opera will end in a conviction. Like Trapped in the Closet... wait for the next installment.

Honestly it is too soon for Bey to get back, but I also can't say I'm tired of her, her last album wasn't all that so it left my deck real quick! I think she's tryna make that IT album that will bump no matter what. And I think she has the intelligence and determination to pull that off. Just don't take too much advise from Jay (No hater! - Jay's my fav rapper, but its thanks to him that her last effort was messed up) don't go too hard with them club joints focus on those songs that show case your biggest talents Bey, your vocal and the way it carry emotion. Haters just wait and see. She'll have the album of '08 hands down.

bday came out in 2006. Her next cd is scheduled for 2008 release..that's almost 2 years! That's the same amount of time (or less in some cases) other artist have in between projects. i like Beyonce's music but if she doesnt take the time to let her personal growth come through, she is gonna put out a repeat CD from last year. First CD was hotter than this last one because she was trying to put her mark on music with her style. This last CD was complete with input in from Jay and it shows. i dunno how the hell people can say Beyonce is overexposed. rihanna came out in 2005 and already has THREE album and nobody complains. beyonce's 1st album was in 2003, the second one was in 2006, and now the 3rd one will be in 2008.

If they're going to announce her accomplishments, they ought not claim she has an Oscar nomination, because she doesn't. She received a Golden Globe nomination as Deena Jones; but the Academy Awards wouldn't even allow her nomination for Best Song 'Listen', let alone Best Actress for her sub-par turn as Jones. Who ever these folks are, there's no need to pad Beyonce's resume, she's done enough to avert the necessity for that.
And I had no idea Destiny's Child released 8 albums! Here I was thinking 4 (Destiny's Child, Writings On The Wall, Survivor, Destiny Fulfilled).
Beyonce's career is going to suffer from over exposure and over kill. Why is she making another album anyway? Last year when she was promoting Dreamgirls and was interviewed by Kathy Hughes of TV1, she told her in so many words that she wanted to put her music career on hold and focus on acting. Oh that's right, she counted her eggs before they hatched thinking that she was going to win an Oscar. I guess she had to swallow her words and pride and resort to what she knows best; pop music. LOL.
