Word on the street that Pepa's stint on VH1's "Surreal Life" wasn't in vein.
"I think this was definitely a way to explore new ways to work together and also tap into some of those reasons for even breaking up in the first place," said Pepa at a recent press conference. "Temporary insanity on my part," added Salt. "I left the group and it was kind of abrupt and for a while we've been trying to figure out how I can still live my life and we could still work together without compromising the new person I had become."

Blacks' Magic was my favorite Salt and Pepa cd. 'Expression' and 'Independent' were my jams circa 1992. I never really thought about how many hits they actually had. I need to go see if they have a decent greatest hits cd out there...
