Beyonce busted her ass during a performance of "Ring The Alarm" last night in Orlando and of course the video of it hit the innanet!
Yea the video is crappy but you'll watch it either way. Beyonce hits the ground and bounces right back up and keeps it moving as gracefully as she did after not getting an Oscar nod. It was almost like the whole thing didn't happen.

I guess I gotta go out on YouTube and see how many versions of this fall there are. Bossip has a much clearer one, but I'd like to find one that clearly shows the "bounce up." When I first saw it I was actually afraid for her, but after the "bounce up" I was able to laugh. Especially on the Bossip version where you get to see all the weave slinging that possibly caused the disorientation that lead to the fall.

I never saw that 106 and Park show, but Michelle Williams falling on the floor was so funny! I've already seen the clip twice and it is so funny. Luckily, Michelle got back up and performed with her Destiny's Child members. And the Beyonce fall was a little scary to watch--she could have hurt herself falling down those steps. Maybe her high heel got caught up in that gown a little too much.
