1. Kelly is STILL a beautiful girl, even tho there is a conspiracy to keep her down.
2. You did not have to bring up last year's cover! Kelly is still more beautiful than Letoya on any day: wet or dry.

I'm just disapointed in this cover.

There has to be some kind of conspiracy to keep her down. There's no way that every time something is published or released about her, it seems to fall flat or is poorly promoted, or pushed back.

Kelly is a pretty girl but I think guys might be a little disappointed because the cover is not overtly sexy but more tame. Plus it does not seem like Kelly has on a ton of make up.

I still wish her the best with her new album but I kind of agree with Soul Man, we have not really seen her "flava". I hope she really struts her stuff this time around with this new album.

Michelle is doing big things on her own. She's part owner of a WNBA team, she's in the Color Purple with Fantasia, and working on her next album. Even though they all have the same management, Michelle is brave enough to do what she has to in order to be successful.

Kelly sometimes just reminds me of a person who trains yearly for the Olympics, striving to be the one to get the silver medal.

This is Kellly's second wet issue, the first one she was already soaking wet in a two piece bikini. She wanted to do something different for this cover issue, and she did "it's hot fun in the summertime" its a call to those stinky, a lil bit a sweat, humid days in the city heat. Damn! The problem with Kelly, as I see it, is a lack of confidence - it's almost as if she's been brainwashed by Matthew and his crew.

Come on girl - a blind man can see that while Beyonce is killin' em with endorsement contracts with Armani & other MAJOR companies, Kelly is stuck in the back of Jet magazine doing a Dark & Lovely ad.

If Kelly is content to be in the background as a few have mentioned then she should not make anymore albums. What would be the point of making an album & promoting it? If Kelly likes being wallpaper then she should not waste the public's time with an album.

It's not about coming down on Kelly, it's simply not a very flattering picture at ALL - nobody has said, "Kelly show us some azz and tiddy's" cause for the most part, we all know she don't really have much of that to offer - yet we love her ANYWAY.

everybody is missing one big point, kelly doesn't work at KING she did a shoot and the KING staff picked the photo's. The question should be, who at KING picked that photo and said "here's our cover..hot". Kelly is beautiful and that photo clearly is not a great shot. I'm one of those people who keeps trying to root for the underdogs...I love a good rags to riches story (or underdog to topdog story). Beyonce had her lil version of it...she went from headliner of a barely platinum girl group to headliner of the most popular girl group in the world, to top pop princess with actual talent. So I'm done with that. I was hoping Ms. Kelly would be the next come up..go from first-runner up in the most popular girl group to pop diva bringing her own fierce amount of talent...but she hasn't done that. That "Like This" song is whack! I tried to listen to it a bunch of times, hoping it would grow on me...it just gets lamer each time. I know she has the talent, maybe she's just not trying...or maybe she got the wrong people in her ear...giving her whack advice that sounds good on the surface. Like, whoever told her to bum rush her first album just because Dilimma was the number one song, lied for real! It sounds like good advice at first, but under the surface you got somebody telling you to release a crappy product hoping it will sell off the momentum of the number one song that is starting to die out...and the rest of the album don't even sound like the same genre as that song!

Proof that Kelly has a bad entourage? Letoya's album wasn't even all that, and she sang okay, but she had people working a LITTLE hard for her and it LOOKED like she was working hard as well (which I actually think she was) She had that reality series, interactive website, interviews popping up on youtube, fan site administrator working his tail off. And anybody with internet had been hearing about all her hard work for years in advance. For that she got a gold no. 1 debuting album. With Kelly's voice and beauty, if she had just the same amount of work in her corner, she could definitely go number 1 and platinum. But the lackluster product and marketing has me killed on any possibility. They coulda at least made the marketing so tight that I woulda purchased the album regardless of how good it was. That's what they did with Beyonce. Had folks running to buy an album they knew had been rush-recorded in 2 weeks...that's good marketing. I bought the album and the DVD!
