Things with Pretty Ricky are getting pretty ugly.
It seems that the Pretty Ricky opening act, 2XL, were booted off the "Late Night Special Tour" for being too popular.
Who is 2XL you ask? Well they are 17yo brothers Laze and Royal who have that single "Magic City" featuring Unk and Candy Hill.
RIGHT!
Well according to Laze and Royal:
"This was our first nationwide tour, and our first chance to see our fans personally. It's sad to see that Pretty Ricky's camp couldn't stand seeing another group getting a positive reaction, said Laze and Royal of 2XL. "Supposedly, we were interfering with their merchandise flow. We were disappointed about the news when we found out, not because we had to stop the tour, but because we too have fans waiting to see us at these shows in upcoming cities."
"Finding out wasn't a surprise to us. We felt a silent tension with them dudes since the first show. If I'ma keep it real, we were the only opening act getting a reaction. Pretty Ricky's groups were getting booed and little reaction. They weren't even letting us come out to our merchandise table, after a few shows, to sign autographs and take pictures cause it took too much attention away from them."
Now I ask... if you were on tour and your opening act started to steal your shine... would you drop them or let them get the glory?
I mean... I think I would want my opening act to be good so the crowd will be all warmed up for when I take center stage.
On the other hand... next tour, I could be opening for them and uh, yea... not so hot. But what would you do?

ok i was at the dc pretty ricky show . . let me finish lol. i got put in the wrong line twice trying to get pretty ricky's autographs and one of those lines was wack ass 2xl's. now why would i want their names on my PR cd? lol. so yeah they were fuckin things up. they're just an opening act . . if you wanna sign cd's so damn bad then take your asses outside. don't bite the hand that feeds you.

Second of all i was in that line also waiting to get my cd signed by pretty ricky but they made my family and this other family get in line agian.
