If I Were Your Man

Joe's latest video for "If I Were Your Man" is out.

After a little bit of back and forth Joe finally decided to name his new cd Ain't Nothing Like Me. He bantered back and for between Who Is Joe? to R&B's Ambassador to finally, Ain't Nothing Like Me.

That's actually the title of one of the tracks that features Yung Joc.

I'm kinda glad he changed the name, because you don't want to have a cd titled R&B's Ambassador when you're on the same label as R. Kelly.

Ain't Nothing Like Me has been pushed back to April 24th.

Hey, Hey, Hey!

That Joe video is good but the best part is seing Blair Underwood's fine ass!!! LOL

I can't wait for the album

*seeing

That bitch got a fat dada!

the excessive booty shots are a bit corny.....

but the songs ai i guess-bit like a tyrese joint from back in the day (before he tried being hard lol)

I recently saw Joe perfrom and he did a great job. His voice was great and it really made me appreciate those performers that skipped the special effects and dance routines to really sing.

That video looks really cheezy and cheap. Not a good look Joe, not a good look.

P.S. The song is boring, and this coming from a Joe fan.

Soulman-I like the Kelly Rowland pic on the page.

This video sucks. The acting is poor and the story line is lacking, tho I appreciate that he at least tried to tell one. Not impressed.

i've been a joe fan since the first time i heard 'get a little closer' and 'all or nothing' from his 'everything' album way back in 93, and i believe he's one of those overlooked and highly underrated r&b guys who had been overshadowed by r-kelly's shot to stardom. Secondly, i'll agree he can be way too corny with his choice of singles and his videos have always been below par. (watch 'i wanna know' video and u'll get what i'm talking about), but he is still to me one of the most romantic r&b singers out there not doing the thugged out hip-hop oriented r&b. The problem with him is a lack of personality as far as i'm concerned, and the constant comparison with r-kelly doesnt help either. his best albums till date are 'all that i am' and 'my name is joe'. i hope this new album do deliver cos if u listen carefully, there is no difference between 'if i was your man' and 'baby where u at' - same corny storyline, same tune, same lamborgini (different color) same shower scene like in 'more and more',etc... i can point out so many stuff out in his career that shows that he/his management doesnt know how to market him properly, but believe me, watch his live performance and u'll be mesmerised...but this video sucks

I see Joe still doin his thang.

FEMI LOVECHILD i COULDNT AGREE WITH YOUR TOTAL BREAKDOWN/ASSESSMENT. HE IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE MORE RELEVANT OVERSHADOWED ARTIST OF TODAY. DEF BLAME HIS MGT FOR THEIR LACK OF DIRECTION TO MAKE HIM A STAR, DESPITE BEING ON THE RIGHT LABEL TO GET HIM THERE. AT THE END OF THE DAY JOE IS DOPE AND HAS REMAINED RELEVANT FOR THE PAST 10+ YEARS.

FEMI LOVECHILD I COULDNT AGREE WITH YOU MORE ON YOUR TOTAL BREAKDOWN/ASSESSMENT.

hahah wtf?? r&b ambassador?? okay song pretty forgettable shit video. im glad he's back but i hope his new album showcases the maturity we have come to know from him and not these cliched hip hop joints.

Top 5.
1. Gerald Levert – Hang In There
2. Alicia Keys – Sweet Music
3. Christina Aguilera – Candy Man
4. Robin Thicke – Look At Me
5. Adrian Hood – Brown Eyed Blues

This track is beautiful...Tipical Joe but its well executed...The video is hot too...DOES IT JUSTICE!

I agree that the video is corny but the song is amazing. There's a deep story behind this song and evidently the video director couldn't translate that into a decent act. Not to mention the fact that the girl he's singing about looks nothing like the chick in the video. Just close your eyes and listen to the words , you'll get the picture. It is an amazing creation.

Who is the girl on JOE's video..........damn!!!!

I like everything about this video. The song is very romantic and heaven knows we need more of that if not for the simple reason that the man is SINGING and not making alot of degrading noise. The video shoot is beautiful and Blair Underwood has alot to do with that rating. It may be a dreamworld but hey, I'll dream it. Joe is perfect with love songs and expresses them well on camera. The Hip-Hoppers could use a lil Joe-101. I'm buying this one and look forward to the Continued Video. P.S. Does this video remind you of the Tyler Perry movie?????
