Well, I love NY. There's never going to be another like it. However, I was fortunate enough to be able to take trips every summer. So, I got a bit more perspective of the world. NY is agreat city to live in when you are young and hustlin' and bustlin. However, if you are trying to build a nice financial portfolio (as far as buying up property, creating a business, etc) I would look elswhere. I don't like Tampa for two main reasons. One, all my friends and fam are in NY. And two, when it rains, the people drive like asses. Other than that, Tampa isn't so bad. The cost of living is very good. So, if you get a job that pay well above the means, you are set. Everything is cheaper. Homes, vehicles, alcohol. Lol. But, Tampa is no NY. That's why I go home once a month (used to be twice.)
