Janet Jackson has updated her website JanetJackson.com with another message for the fans, but this time Janet also addresses the nay sayers in what began as a press release but reads more like a warning.
I won't bore you with all the details, you can log on to get them for yourself. What I will do however is point of a few key points. For years we as fans have worshipped Janet and for years she has, in public, been this meek, shy, feminine delicate lil flower. Well, I assume J.D.'s influence has her getting a little BOSSY. Here are a couple excerpts and what we think she is really saying:

This is Janet's nice way of saying... "You can release B'Day all you want, but bitches like you, Aaliyah, Mya, Ciara, Britney... all you bitches learned what you know from watching my videos."
"Control sold over 5 million copies in the U.S. alone in just three and a half years â€" at which time Jackson and Jam & Lewis rocked the world again with the follow-up album, Rhythm Nation 1814."
Here we speculate she is saying, "Bitch, I have already surpassed the sophomore jinx... Try and top that!"
"The world has no idea what they are about to experience â€" Janet has the best production trio possible â€" and I guarantee, we will deliver!"
Lastly, Janet closes by saying, "You can have Rich Harrison, Sean Garrett and Rodney Jerkins... I've got Jam & Lewis and my boo Jermaine Durpi!"

My only thought is... Janet gotta bring it! After a public statement like that YOU BETTER BRING IT! Cause that disrespectful heffa you are really addressing raced to complete her album in less than three weeks, rushed to drop her CD just a couple weeks before you and has already got her first single, "Deja Vu," on the radio.

Personally, I don't see the comparison between Beyonce and Janet. They are both doing their thing and probably will both have super hot albums. And I don't think Janet is speaking to Beyonce in that clip. You act like Beyonce is a newbie when she has been around for 9 years.

"Call On Me" is dope too. It's more midtempo. Janet and Nelly banter back and forth. It's coup for Nelly he'll get a lot of shine of that track. It samples the S.O.S. Band's "Tell Me If You Still Care".

Janet is my girl, and I know she won't let me down. Her last album was ok, but I wasn't completely satisfied. I love all the different influences she fuses together on her albums, because that's what makes her a universal artist. Some prefer when she does rock, some prefer pop, and some prefer her R&B records. So she has something for everyone on her albums. However, Janet will always be at her best when she does R&B. "I Get So Lonely" was my joint. I can't wait for her new album.
Deja Vu is hot, and I can so see Beyonce on stage with all her dancers making it hotter. I'm not the biggest Beyonce fan, but you cannot deny the girl is talented. I'm looking forward to her album too.
Although I love Kelly Rowland, I would love to see her adopt more of a diva attitude.
