Amerie Completes Album, Whitney Houston Sets Date For Comeback

Amerie has put the finishing touches on her Def Jam debut, In Love & War, which is set to hit stores in August. The video for the lead single, "Why R U" is going to be unveiled on BET on June 8th.

It's Whitney bitches! A date has been officially set for the comeback of R&B icon Whitney Houston.
The release of the as-yet-untitled has been confirmed by Arista Records after there were whispers that Whitney might miss the deadline to submit music to the label in time for a 2009 release.
Fans who want to follow Whitney?s return closely can visit her official website WhitneyHouston.com, where the label plans to preview several tracks slated to appear on the album.
