Armageddon: The Video For "Ghost Ride It" Has Finally Dropped.

It’s as bad as you thought.

While I’m usually one of the people to actually give Mistah Fab some credit when I feel it’s due, it's confirmed: the video to “Ghost Ride It” is just as bad as the song (you can read it here: http://blogs.sohh.com/sohhleftcoast/2006/11/has_hyphy_gone_too_dumb_with_t.html).

Take a look at the unedited version for yourself:

Good look on using that Mac Dre mural in SF; you can see that shit from the beginning of the Bay Bridge when you’re leaving the city, and it’s HUGE.

And yes, that is the real Ecto 1a from Ghostbusters in the video.

Stay tuned for post number two for today at 1pm pacific.

  • People afraid of change...It's feel good music...I'd let my 8,6, and 5 year listen to this before I let them listen to the garbage on top 40 radio or New Urban....

They sampled the GhostBuster's Theme...that's funny....But lemme guess "This is why I'm hot"....or "Throw some D's" are better songs because of the beats....yeah right.....Maybe if I didn't have kids I feel different...who knows...!!

  • at first when I watched the video, I was like "Oh GoD!!!!" here we go again. but when I saw it the second time, I took the time to listen to it and see what it was about. Living in Florida, I don't get a chance to here a lot of Bay music, but I am Always impressed when I do here it. As far as this song goes, this is how you have fun with music. this is creativity. the video is fun. The lyrics are fun and they make sense to what he's talking about. and the beat, well it speaks for it self. that is sampling at it's best. And since the video been out, I here people round here humming the shit all day. so I can't hate on it. Once it hits radio here it will be a smash. not to mention my 6 year old loves it. peace.

  • Don't fall for it my people says...
  • Don't fall for the Token woman/token black presidential quick fix. Hillary is a liar. Obama is a pocket house nigger. That's WORD.

How can Obama who has virtually no history in national politics should not be our president. Being black is not a reason to vote for this cat.

Why hasn't anyone mentioned Congressman Ron Paul who is the only candidate running who is actually for the people and actually wants to change our corrupt system and revitalize our failing economy by doing away with the private cartel known as the Federal Reserve.

Put parties aside for a moment. Forget about the left/right divde and conquer paradigm for a moment and read up on Ron Paul. He is the only candidate who is not accepting money from special interest groups and wants to bring about REAL change.

Consider for a moment that the George Bush Sr. has been pulling the strings in the White House for 4 presidencies. No one can deny that he became the lead man as Vice President after Reagan was shot. He then turned his watch over to Bill Clinton who has been under Bush Sr.'s wing since he was a teenager (yes it's true, do some research). After Billy Bob we got Dubya. And now we want another Bush extended family member to be our next president? Have people lost their minds? Why don't we just convert to a monarchy?

People go wash your face, have a cup of joe and WAKE the eFF UP!

Click my link and read about Ron Paul. Forget his party and look at his voting record while in Congress.

Also see him in this excellent documentary...

The song is just wack....beat and everything. I aint seen the video but ill end up watchin it once. Its on MTV's "Unleashed" so if nobody votes for it, it aint gettin played.

  • The video was OK music is kinda funny. Most people hate on this type of rap because its not hard and shit but you have to think anyone who can rap over ghostbusters beat and keep it tight has skills. NY has fucked up the rap game thinking that everyone has to be all serious all the time. That's bs hip-hop needs some fun every now and then. Big ups to this video and all NY stop hating cause you don't have shit to offer hip-hop anymore just sit back and wait till its your turn again.
