The Game drops a new track; another truce w/ Fiddy?

So I can’t tell everybody where I dug it up because the bosses might holler at me for redirecting you to another hip hop web site (unless you’re as dumb as a doorknob, that should be enough of a hint), but I stumbled across a new track from The Game called "My Spot" today, and I must admit that the shit is pretty fire.
Although Game finally managed to base an entire hook around name-dropping (Pac, Big, Dre, Jigga, Snoop, Pharrell, Young Jeezy, Lupe Fiasco, Lil Weezy and Kanye, all in under 20 seconds), which will provide plenty of ammo for Game-haters, he comes with a pretty decent verse. The Nu Jerzey Devil beat is kind of so-so, but newcomer Riz pulls the track together with his verse and with a shout out at the end to all of his influences.
One of the most notable things on the record, though, is the line where Game name-drops 50 Cent: “Hip hop metaphors, careers is over- can’t fuck with the Game, borrow a line from Hova, and a bridge from 50, and a hook from ‘Pac- get a Bad Boy chain, then throw up the ROC... and you just might have a chance to dance with the rap James Brown- takin’ my moves, then bitin’ my style.” Maybe I misinterpreted that shit, but to me sounds like the truce might be back on again... for this week, at least.
To be honest, there’s another track that just dropped out of the Black Wall Street camp that puts this one to SHAME. Tune in tomorrow and I’ll put you on.
There’s also a new Bishop Lamont joint that’s pretty decent on the aforementioned site (although the hook on that one is hella weak), so you should check it out while you’re over there... um... if you decide to go over there. And for all of you fuckin’ retards who swore up and down that the “One Blood” Super Posse Remix marked the official return of wack ass Ja Rule, make sure you check out his new joint and let me know if you changed your mind yet.

I'm feeling that Game track even though i don't like him for being so fake and studio gangsta but i can't deny the fact that he's holding it down for the west and he can spit fire plus he's becoming a hard working nigga and you gotta respect that, i just wish he could stop the name dropping though.

Snoop Dogg "beef"
50 Cent dispatched a diss to rival rapper Snoop Dogg at an Oakland photoshoot on the 15th January. 50 stated that he felt Snoop couldn't 'flow for sh**' and that he would 'eat his children'.
50 also took time out to perform a special freestyle for assembled fans, featuring subliminal attacks on Snoop such as 'I'm about that red carpet sh** nigga, no cheap blue swap meet sh**' (a reference to Snoop's latest album Tha Blue Carpet Treatment), and 'Charlie Brown need his gigolo back'.
It is thought this is a ploy to sell extra copies of an upcoming G-Unit mixtape.
Eminem "beef"
50 Cent announced on a Howard Stern radio interview on 13th January 2007 that he has decided to put the beef on the grill with former close friend Eminem. The reasons provided for this show of animosity were that he felt Eminem was 'stashing (his) benjamin's'.
50 also targeted the rapper with subliminal lines on a freestyle performed on the same show, warning that 'blondie about to get bleached' and 'will the real slim shady please shut the f*** up'.
Eminem has not yet answered this diss, though the coming week's will be an exciting time for rap fan's to see what retaliation, be it armed or peaceful, Em can come out with to this attack.

Sha Money XL's Money Management Group and G-Unit Records will present the first annual One Stop Shop producers conference, which will take place Feb. 10-11 in Phoenix, AZ.
The One Stop Shop, which takes place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Phoenix, is a two-day conference dedicated to producers.
The conference has confirmed a number of heavyweight Hip-Hop producers as panelists, including DJ Premier, Swizz Beatz, The Alchemist, Fred Wreck, Hi-Tek, 9th Wonder, Havoc, Dangerous LLC, Sha Money XL and others.
"The conference is a dream come true," Sha Money XL told AllHip-Hop.com. "I've been to [conferences like] 'How Can I Be Down' and 'Jack the Rapper,' but never to a conference specialized for us producers. So I pulled out the check book, bought out a hotel, called all my Hip-Hop friends, from top notch producers to all the new ones that always ask me to help, because I knew I would be talking to all the guys who just don't know how to get themselves out there."
The event will feature workshops on A&R, publishing, the latest studio equipment, production tips and techniques and other educational panels aimed at pushing aspiring producers careers along.
Hopefuls will also be able to participate in the One Stop Shop Beat Battle for a contract with Money Management and play their production for the entire roster of G-Unit artists, which includes 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Young Buck, Tony Yayo and others.
"Producers can ask questions to producers that made it, shop their tracks to A&R's from every label from G-Unit on down and meet all the top publishers in the game," Sha Money explained. "This is where if your game is tight and your music is right, you can come out this conference a winner and come up in the game."
The two-day business and networking event will also feature a Hip-Hop expo with local Phoenix vendors that specialize in tattoos, rims, clothing, custom haircuts and other specialty items."
The event is sponsored by Vitamin Water, iStandard Producers, XPOZ Magazine, AllHipHop.com, G-Unit Records, G-Unit Clothing and others.
According to Sha Money XL, he chose Phoenix because of the city's growing technology industry, as well as the areas stable weather.
"People can expect two hours about publishing, production, the art of sound with top engineers, meet every A&R and relax in the warm Arizona climate. I also bought out the whole kitchen and bar so they will be eating good and feeling good. The Hip-Hop game needs this!"
