It looks like Too Short is about to lose some property if he doesn't get his finances in order. Check out what’s going on below.
Do y'all remember that court case that Too Short lost back in 1991? Well for those who don’t here’s the short-hand version. Back in the day Too Short [AKA Todd Shaw] killed a man, and seriously injured another, when he was involved in a head on collision while driving under the influence. Upon further investigation it was reveled that homie didn’t have ANY CAR INSURANCE. Naturally, the investigators found Short directly responsible. A civil-suit was filed and the family of one of the victims reached a settlement back in 1996.
To this day that debt has not been paid.
Well, now the Alameda County Sheriff's Office now has been ordered to seize the equipment in the UpAllNite studio, which Shaw opened in May, to pay the $1.1 million he owes.
Too Short clearly isn’t all that smart because if I owed people money and wanted to open a new business then I would’ve simply used a family member or a trusted friend.

It looks like those rumors of Usher getting fat were nothing more than wishful thinking for the haters out there. Check out this picture of Usher poppin’ his hips for his Nigerian fans.

He, Jay-Z, Rhianna and others came out to help kick off the countries THISDAY Music and Fashion Festival.

One of my sources emailed me and told me that after Ri-Ri and Jigga made their respective stage appearances the crowd went completely ape sh*t when Usher hit the stage causing the show to be temporarily stopped due to a large fight breaking out right in the middle of the stage. However, my source told me that once the crowd was handled by security the show went on without a hitch.
Sidebar, what's with the bulge? Y'all think Ursh really got it like that or is that just the bunching of the pants?
But for those who want a real "aw" moment [check this out]
