Cheri Dennis has been sitting on shelf over at Bad Boy Records for damn near a decade. She first appeared on Ma$es 1999 album, Double Up, and she’s been waiting to drop her debut every since.

As a journalist, I got tricked into thinking her album was going to be released on two occasions. I went to lunch with her once and even attended an album release party. But this time, I really believe her time has arrived. Cheri’s album, In and Out of Love,will be in stores on February 28th (hopefully).

Last week, Sam Ed, Soulman and I went up to Bad Boy to shoot a video interview with Cheri and I was reminded how funny and entertaining she is. I can’t believe that Diddy, master of reality TV, hasn’t thrown Miss Dennis in front of a camera yet.
