Yesterday SOHH was on the scene at the Steiner Studios in BK to see Jay-Z’s performance on “106 & Park.”
In the freezing cold Hov took the stage and performed some of his classics like “PSA,” “Where I’m From” and “You Don’t Know,” along with some cuts from his new album American Gangster. Jigga sounded dope performing in front of a live band, but it seemed like the audience, who was waiting out in the cold for hours, wanted a lil’ more from their hometown hero. He left rather abruptly and more than a few long faces could be seen in the crowd, as a result.
Either way the “ol’ head” still got it.
Peep the footage.
Sorry for the wild shakey clip but Jigga was killin' it with "Blue Magic."
Hov rips "PSA" here. The flag waving on-screen was a nice touch.
Here's a clip of him performing "You Don't Know." The crowd apparently did know. See for yourself.
Yeah, the boy still got it. The question is, how long can he keep it? Check out the rest of Jigga's performance tonight on BET's 106th & Park.

AG is classic material...it won't be because fans these days base everything on commercialism (ie catchy radio single, 5+ mill sells, "ignorant shit" subjects)...but AG is definitely classic in my book

***YOU WONT KNOW IF A CD IS A "CLASSIC" UNTIL TIME PASSES***
You can NOT play a CD for the first time and judge it as a classic until other cd's come and go and you still play that cd because the content never gets old.

A Classic has to endure the test of time. Let some time pass.
