SOHH ON THE SCENE

SOHH tagged along BET for its annual Spring Bling in Riviera Beach, FL this past weekend. It was pretty much what I expected; run-ins with stars, a whole lot of skin and people wilding out…in a good way that is. With the exception of a young lady fainting Saturday afternoon, the weekend pretty much took place without a hitch. At least I hope so. We left Sunday morning before the last day festivities even started.

Though the initial lineup appeared slim, last minute additions boosted Spring Bling’s roster. Mims, Rich Boy, Young Jeezy, Young Buck, Jim Jones, Chamillionaire, DJ Unk, Marques Houston, Omarion and Lloyd were among the acts to perform before the “college” crowd. Although, I suspect that a very large portion of the attendees have never seen the inside of a college classroom.

Anyway, with only two days to work, we went right to it, gathering folks to participate in our MOTS(man on the streets) segments. First off, “Spring Break Confessions.” Upon being asked to share their craziest Spring Break hook up stories, women continually plead the fifth while dudes were more than willing to boast for the SOHH cam. Obviously, somebody's lying. Here are some pics. Ya'll tell me who would fail the polygraph test.

We also brought our karaoke series to West Palm Beach and had folks performing Beyonce’s “Upgrade U.” But first, we conducted a quick interview with Akon.
