No your eyes are not deceiving you. These are diamond-encrusted toothpick sleeves AKA Icepiks. I first became aware of this new tooth accoutrement back in June at the BET Awards in LA. Lil Fizz (formerly of B2K) was working the carpet with a bejeweled toothpick dangling from his lips. Since then they’ve started popping up in music videos like Ja Rule’s “Body,” Gucci Mane’s “Freaky Girl,” and Chris Brown’s “Kiss Kiss.”
I recently got word that E-40 has signed on to be the new face of Icepiks which are are being billed as “the hottest fashion accessory in entertainment,” and could possibly be the grill of 2008. Each Icepik is hand-crafted, set in 18k gold (white, gold, or rose) and features up to 3.5 carats of diamonds or an array of other jewels. What do you guys think, are Icepiks excessive or excellent? Will they catch on?

Icepicks and Couthpicks are totally different. The icepiks holds the wooden tooth pick which you throw away right away after ur done using it. While the couthpik is just metal that is in ur mouth.
