I know the murder of Stack Bundles occured on June 11th, but I forgot last year.
Can you Stack Bundles fans believe it's already been two years since he passed away?
"It's ironic because the last time I seen him I was driving up the main block in Far Rockaway and he was coming out the gas station," former Pitch Black member Zakee said to SOHH shortly after Stack's death. "I was like, 'Yo I'm proud of you B, I'm glad you doing your thing.' The last thing I told him, I said 'Yo son, you doin' your thing. It's time for you to move out the hood... you're looking too good to be out here.' He was laughing, he was like 'Yo, I know but I love it out here I just cant leave.'"
That's the hard part about coming up as a rapper from the 'hood. It's hard to part from your roots. And in this case, being loyal to the streets that raised Stack cost him his life.
Looking at things from another angle, however, I can't see Jim Jones and his arrogance allowing Stack Bundles to grow into the artist he should have been. But nevertheless, R.I.P Stack Bundles-- 1983-2007.

RIP indeed....Damn and he died on my B-Day!
RIP Stack!!!!
He was actually born october 21st 1982, not 1983.

Stack Bundles was one of the realest dudes ever. He had it all: amazing charisma, delivery, lyrics, and the drive. I loved and still love all of his music. I probably bump him everyday.
The rap game will never be the same with out him. There is a shortage of real artists in rap. Come see who is still puttin lyrics first at http://lyricsfirst.blogspot.com/. RIP STACKS.
