Redman speaks to the people:

What happened to the Staten Go Hard mixtpe series? Guess Raekwon moved on to another concept:

Not to throw salt in the game, but DJ Absolut has been such a nobody for so long, that I'm having a hard time understanding where these credible projects are coming from.

Seems like the mixtape game has been on slack mode in the past couple of years, but evidence suggests that mixtapes may be making a slight turn around for the better.

Meth & Red's Blackout 2 out May 19. Rae's OB4CL2 out this summer. Cop those!

Two 40yr old men stuck in perpetual adolescence. Hey... 40 is the new 30 so I guess it's cool. I couldn't imagine being a kid and having a father who looks and acts like my classmates. This is wrong on so many levels. Of course there's lots of support for this type of behavior and imagery among the like minded. I don't care how good someone can rap. There are things more important in life than lyrical skills. Will it ever be okay to be an adult again? Jeez.
