Joe Budden is a sad individual. When that Ransom sh*t fizzled out (remember?), and especially after he and Saigon made up like two bitches, Joe attached his jumpoff and her ass to his hip to keep him worth paying attention to.

I noticed those comments that Joe Budden was making about Method Man when he was talking about that stupid 'best rapper' list that Vibe compiled. But I dismissed it because I couldn't figure out why he chose Method Man out of all those other rappers. Then I reasoned, "Joe's probably looking for another internet battle." And according to the below interview Meth did with New York's Power 105.1, he reasoned the same thing. And he also voiced the same opinion as I did, as far as Vibe's relevance on voicing what rapper is better than who.

"I know off top [Joe] tryna bait me. All of a sudden he pick this time to make his lil comment or whateva nahmean. Tryna bait a brotha cause he know my album comin out. If he wanna piggie back somebody its all good i have no problem with that. But Joe know, I know people that know him in his own neighborhood. He been on medication since he was in junior high school, certified crazy, b. And every week he picks somebody else to mess with. And I aint heard nobody really respond to this dude except other dudes that's on that same level as him. As far as battle rapper-- all means, Joe Buddens gets it in. He a battle rapper. I aint never been known for battle rappin. But I'll tell u this: I'll meet any challenge from any challenge. Straight up and down. And on another note, on a lighter note than that man, son can't mess with me man. Pretty much. That's how ima leave it at that. This dude out his mind. He crazy. Im finding all this entertaining.

"I just want people to see it for what it is. Your man trying to reestablish his buzz. And as far as him talkin he got love for me, he lyin. You don't say you got love for somebody then try to shoot them down with your next line.

"[Joe] lookin at a list, first of all, that was put up by Vibe Magazine. How viable is that list? Honestly. It's like come on stop being a cry baby make some records get your head in the game and let's get money. I don't bother nobody, nobody bother me all of a sudden some comment out the woodwork with madness right now. My people don't like the dude. I always had respect for him on some 'he get it in.' But now he comin at me sideways man all that respect is gone. For real.

"Would we get it in 32 bars a piece? I say put us both on the same record and let the people decide. If he wanna go face to face... I don't think he wanna go face to face man.

"I know [Joe] would love to be in the booth next to me! He been tryna do my style since he came in the door at Def Jam man. Now I'm talkin crap. And I don't even talk crap. Man I hate doing stuff like this! I'd rather see dude face to face.

Seeing the way Meth lost his composure in the last paragraph, I'm still gonna hold on to hope that this wont turn into another corny internet battle. But I think Method Man is better than that.

I think it could be that Joe Budden is a bit bitter from his bad experience at Def Jam, seeing how long Method Man has been with the label. In fact, I think that's largely what the issue is here. Get over it.

Joe budden will never be method man. Never be as good, as well liked, as good a musician. He just never will be. Method man is putting out movies, albums...how many classic albums has joe buddens been apart of? Wu-tang, blackout album.....what does joe buddens have in his catalog that can stand up to that? He should be happy he was number 32, I wouldn't have remembered him to put him on any list. Not that I think he's horrible, but....he just isn't a memorable artist.
