See with this doctorate degree "that I don't have", I learned how to engage in a qualitative data collection method, procedure and analysis called "content analysis." See when you know how to do this at the level of a doctor, it enables you to see exactly who you are talking to without ever asking them any information about who they are. In fact, if you just talk to them long enough and set up some strategic buzz words -they will tell you exactly who they are.
