2. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Send an email to contest@sohh.com with the subject: Notorious DVD Giveaway. This is an Internet-only Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes begins on 4/14/09 at 12:01 AM (EST) and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on 4/21/09. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine the valid and official entry time should any discrepancies of time occur. Additionally, Sponsor reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to extend the Sweepstakes Period for whatever reason without notification. Limit one entry per person. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC ("Fox") is a partial prize provider only and is not responsible for any other aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the collection, submission, processing or judging of entries, the administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of winners or prize fulfillment.

3. ENTRY CONDITIONS: By entering, entrant agrees: (a) To abide by these Sweepstakes rules (exact compliance is essential); (b) To accept as final and binding the decisions of the Sponsor, judge(s) and their agents in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (c) That all entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned; and (d) To the collection of all information on each entry, and to its transfer to third parties.

4. TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY: To submit your entry, Send an email to contest@sohh.com with the subject: Notorious DVD Giveaway. Entries must be received by Sponsor's server by 11:59 PM EST on April 21, 2009.

5. DRAWING: Three (3) winners will be selected by judges in a random drawing held on or about May 1, 2009 from all eligible entries received. Judges' decisions are final and binding in all matters. Winners will be notified by email. Winners may not substitute, assign, or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

6. PRIZES: The following prizes (with corresponding estimated retail values) will be awarded: Three (3) Grand-Prize Winners will receive one (1) NOTORIOUS DVD each). Winners will be deemed the subscriber to the Internet account, who must comply with all of these rules. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household.

7. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is subject to all U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in compliance with these rules and all other instructions of Sponsor. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents age 18 or older of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Sponsor, Fox and their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers and anyone involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of Sponsor's products or related promotional materials and their families are not eligible. Limit one entry per person. No other entries will be accepted. GENERAL: Prize Winners will be notified by email approximately 14 days after selected. Neither the Sponsor, Fox nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions, or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software program malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or for ISP/network/Web site accessibility or unavailability. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any tampering or abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in Sweepstakes. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Internet Sweepstakes, and randomly select a Winner from Internet entries received prior to the action taken. All decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this promotion are final.

GENERAL RELEASE: WINNER BY ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE AGREES THAT SPONSOR, FOX AND THEIR AFFILIATE COMPANIES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY.

9. USE OF WINNER'S NAME, LIKENESS, Etc.: Except where legally prohibited, Winner grants permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes without consent or additional compensation.

10. WINNER'S RESPONSIBILITY: ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES, LICENSE, TITLE AND/OR REGISTRATION FEES OR OTHERS COSTS, ASSOCIATED WITH WINNING THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. NEITHER SPONSOR NOR FOX SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH TAXES, FEES AND COSTS.
