I stopped posting about this 50 Cent vs. Rick Ross business a while ago, because not only was it stupid, but I saw where it was going: nowhere. The same ol sh*t every week. That Pimpin Curly stuff was funny for the first video, but after that it became corny and obnoxious. The first couple of cartoon episodes were funny. Then after that, it became predictable.
And this Rick Ross being a C.O thing is getting old. Ross is not who he says he is-- despite his claims of his "street" credibility" and "authenticity"-- and we know he was a C.O, so he can stop frontin. But still, how many times can someone play off of the "you're a cop" thing? It's become redundant. So redundant that it's losing its effectiveness. No one cares anymore. We know Rick Ross is an actor. Look at his stage name. Anyone who idolizes someone is a FAKE from the beginning.
So what's next, Fif? Can you find another angle? Because everything that's done to Rick Ross, he just shoots down and shrugs off. And people are beginning to see that.
Example: Ross said something to the effect of "taking out my baby moms to dinner? That's it? You could've come better than that-- like release a tape of you banging her box out."
Fif's response: "Been there, done that. And I have the tapes, n*ggaaaaaaaaaa!"
Back to the kid comparison (yesterday it was Jim Jones). Fif is like that kid in the playground who lies about having all the best Jordans. Then sees the new kid rocking the newest pair. So then he comes to school the next day wearing his cousin's Jordans-- to prove he's not phased. Even though EVERYBODY knows that those aren't his Jordans.
That ^^^^^^ is Fif. So where's the tape, son? I know... He went to go "borrow" one of the porn flicks so he could get a skilled computer geek to alter it and make it look like Fif banging the buns. He'll be right back.

On the strength, this is PATHETIC. 50 is the biggest attention whore this game has ever had. So what the man was a C.O. It never meant he snitched, or none of that. Excellent Blog, Reckless. Perfectly summed up. I actually think Rick has used 50 exceptionally well. I am not sayith this because I don't like 50, because clearly everyone knows that I don't.
To me, Rick Ross has gotten all of issues out on the table using 50, one of the most hated men in rap, to do so. It is almost like a professional PR firm was consulting him all along.
The cartoons, skits and porn is an embarassment for someone in 50's position. Could you ever imagine Hov or any of the other Hip Hop giants doing this kind of sh*t.

It's strange to do this, but I have to give credit where it is due. Rick Ross has managed this debacle exceptionally well - at least for someone in the position that he's in. He is/was the easiest target for anyone to exploit - the biggest fraud to come into Hip Hop since Vanilla Ice. It should've been a piece of cake to destroy him. But by going overboard, 50 Cent not only has failed to "ruin" Officer Ricky but has shown his own vulnerabilities.
Meanwhile, Rick PRETENDS as if it's not hurting him. He says he has given permission to his baby-moms to do what she did - yeah, right (sucking my teeth). And that's what he's done with everything else.
But the fact is Rick is surviving Hip Hop's biggest catastrophe. He's like a dude that survived an airplane crash while everyone else burned to a crisp. Why?
I put it as 2 things:
1) 50 Cent overdid his taunts and got too silly - he thinks he's a damn actor now.
2) Ross is such a pathological liar that he's fooling himself. He's told himself that he's a drug lord, filthy rich, and in control of the whole situation.
I DO have an interest in this now. Forget about the cartoons and skits. This is an exhibition of one person who has over-estimated his power, and one person who has convinced himself of the Hip-Hop hysteria.
