Nah, seriously. This is Cam'ron's new video for his previously released song "Got it for Cheap."

Classic Dipset sound. Classic Dipset lies. More fabrication. More gangsterism. All that's missing is the pink outfit, pink Louis hat, pink Louis kicks, and pink Blackberry. And a lil pink food coloring for those ~~packages of flour~~ sacks of coke.

But no matter what Cam's rapping about, it's no doubt that the time he took off was used for some introspection. Because in the end, Cam turned out to be the only one out of the (former) Dipset crew to really stay true to himself. Lacking the skinny jeans and all.

Is it safe to say that Killa Cam is back?

I don't really listen to rap anymore but i must say that Cam's new ish is kinda knockin. I'm liking the new beats and the flow. Time off works sometimes, that is of course if you're a rapper who can afford to take time off.

Cam may not go platinum because his music is coming out on Asylum but at least he structured his deal in a manner that insures that he's paid and that people who wish to still listen to his music doesnt have listen to rushed and forced product.

I think it was a good idea that 50 pushed his album back because it's always good to have at least 2 or 3 hundred tracks in the archives to choose from when its time to put something out.

You might as well take your time, perfect your craft and do it for the love because this baby is definitely going back to the essense. Either its going to revert back to the street, cease to exist, transform into something else, or a totally new art form will sprout out from the ground up. Thats what happens when its not about money at the moment. So 50 squeeze as much as he can out the game.

The new crack (rap) game is officially in a drought that may never go away. So all you x- cons and so-called former street legends better find another route or go for what you know. The bubble has burst.

You have a global recession, Barack Obama making rappers look out of style, all the while technology is changing the whole business model. The only people making money are people who already have money to take advantage of low prices.
