Memory Lane: When Jadakiss and 50 Cent Had REAL Dis Records

Everytime I want to walk away from this corny e-beef, something else pops up to make me laugh. Talk about f*ckery. And I hate stupid words like "f*ckery" and "bitchassness," but damn. F*ckery couldn't be used in a more literal context than this. Take this as a warning sign.

Looks like Rick Frauds Ross took the cartoon "fun" up a notch. For the sake of the viewers who might be too young, I wont post the video. But you can watch {here} it by clicking on this link. I see Curtis already had this video snatched off of Youtube. Quickly. And if you havent seen this already and you're at work, don't let your boss pass by your cubicle. The economy's too damaged for that. You'll be fired. If you've seen it already (and you're a guy), then shame on a n*gga.

It's not the concept of the video that gets me. Fat Joe's affiliates Kill All Rats Ent already did this with the photoshop image of Banks, Yayo, and 50 that began floating around the net sometime last spring. Perhaps March.

My question is, how much more longer is this e-sh*t gonna continue? Every time one "beef" ends, another one replaces it. Online, that is. I'm hearing "hip-hop is competitive, this is good for the rap game," and so on. People are accepting of this. Which indicates just how severely hip-hop has been reduced to a corny game of cyberwars.

Even when 50 used to have people to diss, records would actually get played ON THE RADIO. Take Jadakiss, for example. The "dis" record that responded to Fif (back in '05, I believe) got played back with sirens on Funk Flex's show so many times, I can't even count. How times have changed. In fact, in reaction to Jada's response (3-9-05):

"Here we go now Kiss is the greatest ever now, 50 is done..lol come on people realize 50 did rip the whole industry on how to rob, then was ripping Jay z on Be a Gentleman, you aint even heard 50 come back at him and you already want to call it over. Quit hatin on people its really sad you on here saying he done but you was one of the 1.1 million that went out after school to cop his album. I cant wait to hear the old 50 again, then you can all swing back on his nuts like you was when he first signed to shady."-- forum user

"I liked underground 50. I like 50 on Get Rich or Die Trying. I stopped liking him when his ego got to be the size of Texas. The fact is, Jadakiss murdered him. What's 50 gon' say bout Kiss?"-- forum user

"It should be obvious to anyone with sense, even as a 50 fan, that he's ABSOLUTELY no match for Jadakiss lyrically. So yeah, did we need to hear Benzino's disses before we knew Em had that shit in the bag? Shit no. Same with this, 50 just can't out punch/diss Jada plain and simple."-- forum user

Well. 50 never went back to "the old 50." And people remember Kiss's line "Yous a mothaf*ckin animal" while not remembering a single word from Fif's "dis record"-- mind you, he started it. But at least joints actually got played on the radio.

Four years later, look at where we are. 2009 has been NOTHING BUT E-BEEFS. This is not whassup.

But this is:

Jadakiss "Checkmate - 50 Cent Dis" -- A REAL dis

Kiss & Styles "Shots Fired" -- One of the hardest dis records I've ever heard

Just in case you may have forgotten about what REAL dis records sound like. And since Fithy seems to have forgotten how to make one.

Well I am sure noone is surprised to see me on here. I am more accepting of this blog here, Reckless, than the one you posted the other day. My new slogan is, Hip Hop is the New Uncle Tom.

This version of Hip Hop embraces with glee, Black exploitation and G@y Animation cartoons. No while this is not the Hip Hop I welcome and grew up with, I understand that this is the one that is embraced today and I am sure it is welcomed with the blessings of every white racist on the planet.

Now white kids who are the consumers of Hip Hop, the New Uncle Tom, and their young Black peers adore this this stuff. Yesterday, Clo-fresh thought I was dissing him because I made this same assessment on the Sohh Blog yesterday. People have difficulty understanding that I am a Black Nationalist and that I will never Big Up 50 because he sold Black people out on Katrina. He straight up sold us out. To me, this is far worst than being a former CO turned wannbe gangsta rap star.

Clo-fresh got so heated with me over my assesment that the homie stormed off giving 50 props for 50's white man endorsed Black exploitation skits and cartoons and announced his bond with 50 and the G-Unit black exploitation movement. He thinks that movement is great and Hillarious. This is what Hip Hop is.

Now Rick Ross, who is losing the contest of who can be the white man's greatest Hip Hop Buckwheat figure, yesterday, posted a picture of 50's son ( a child, B) and and called him a monkey. Rick's fans joined in and told him that what he did to 50's kid was absolutely wonderful. See, I think because I am not a product of the white man, I don't find humor in any of this. I think because I am a student of history and a BLACK social scientist that I can join in on this. I think because I am a Black Nationalist with Pan Africanists tendencies that it is difficult for me to break a smile seeing this.

I wonder if any of you ever saw the old - old Malcom X documentary. It is an old Black and white documentary. Anyway, there is a clip in there where Malcolm X says (paraphrasing) "The white man says that I am teaching you to hate them. Well, I wonder who was it that taught you to hate yourself" and then the documentary runs off some of the most awful reording of Black exploitive hateful clips from Hollywood movies and Tv shows. These shows were produced by White J e w s. I will say it because many of yall are scared to say it. Anyway, these 50 clips and Rick"s monkey clips coud easily be added to Malcolm X documentary clips. However, this is Hip Hop.

I won't argue that it is not Hip Hop, but if it is agreed that it is Hip Hop, than Hip Hop is the New Uncle Tom. The thing I never liked about Black folks is that they are so hateful and verbally and physically violent when it comes to their own people, but forgiving cowards when it comes to white people. I mean if 50 and some of these "This is Hip Hop" clowns were alive during the time of Gabriel Prossor, they would have been among those uncle toms who reported him to white master. See, because they don't care about anything Black. They just don't. Now I know some of it is Willie Lynch programming but some of it is just being a coward.

I can't see how anybody could embrace a Blackman who sided with a man who mass murdered their people. Anyway, it what it is. Minister Farrakhan always says that our youth our the best generation we have ever had. I disagree with him, strongly. I think that the youth is the weakest most pathetic generation we have ever had. I know that that is not politically correct, but let's start bullsh*tting each other, it is true. They don't have any knowledge of history and their heroes are people who are openly working with people who plot our demise.

Where is there Malcolm X or Dr. King. My generation ( I am 32, was and is just as pathetic as this one, but at least we had more conciousness than this group.) Now, I know there are some young and gifted strong solidiers in the youth but majority of cowards. I judge people by their personal constitution and the people they admire and follow.

Anyway, it is,what it is. I have to run to a meeting in a few.

Peace to the real and the Uncle Toms, that includes you, Hip Hop.

Correction:

I think because I am a student of history and a BLACK social scientist that I CAN' T join in on this.

Jada and Styles, the best duo in hip hop period. 50 couldn't see them cats with bifocals. As far as lil bro's comments, I don't judge hip hop. I just listen to it. I heard Jada on Green lantern and he freestyled some heat rocks. The mixtape just dropped yesterday. Reckless, you should post a link for niggas to go buy it. It's hot! As far as 50 and Ross, who cares. That s-h-i-t isn't hip hop.

Oh yeah, Reckless you forget "Sorry Ms. Jackson" by Jada and Styles. That one was off a Green Lantern mixtape and 50 still never responded. Neither did Em. You couldn't go a day without a new 50, Em, DMX or someone else dissing Ja Rule back in the early millenium. A case of choose your battles wisely. Em is nice but D-Block would've ate him too. The Last Kiss, March 10th, hurry up!!!! BTW, Shade 45 keeps playing drops off of Em's new joint and that junk sounds bi-polar. He has a few hot ones and I get excited because it's Em but unless he's just throwing some stuff out there, I'm not copping. What's funny, 50 even had some good lines and he sounded like the old 50 on it. But, he can't get out of his own way on his new stuff. I don't get it.

Peace to my Big Bro. E Fra:

Yeah, now what you are talking about to me is Hip Hop. This Rick Ross vs 50 stuff is not.

Hip Hop is:

KRS1 vs MC Shan

Ice Cube Vs. NWA

LL vs. Moe Dee

LL vs. Cannibus

Nas vs. Hov

Ice Cube Vs. Common

Jada vs. Seigal

That is Hip Hop. Its about verbally crushing a cat on the mic. That to me is Hip Hop. Rick and 50 is simply Black exploitation. Every diss joint betwwen the two have been trash, except the mafia Music joint. That joint is crazy, but all the others between the two have been trash.

Anyway, the kid i think is the illest battle rapper is that Kid Cassidy out of Philly. That kid is a problem. He crushed Freeway.

"you was pussy since that sheepskin...5th grade nigga!"...lmfao!!!...i'm pissed that i didn't hear this when they originally aired 50 out...i seriously hope the LOX puts out an album that fulfills their potential!

Let's get off this 50's thing. Big up to Clo-Fresh. I know that you are not a follower of 50. I just took a little shot up top at you so we would be even....lol. You hit me hard yesterday...lol. Anyway, peace to you Black man. I am always going to withdraw my shot to the Youth. Aiight, let move on.

Let me ask this, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Bob Marley and other singers in the recording industry have been apart various Black progressive movements. Is it unfair to ask any of today's artists to do that? Truly, this is not a loaded question. I mean these artists are at work, working a job. Should they be required to be apart of any Black movement, initiative...etc, just because they are public figures with a great deal of influence?

@ Bigup2bk....Yo I have been saying Cassidy is a problem for so long...He is a huge sleeper...The kid is crazy with the word play....He is definately in my top 3 rappers of today.

@ bigup2bk...Go to:Rick Ross Fires Another Shot At 50 Cent, "I Tried To Inspire You...to read my response..Reckless will not post it here.

@ Clofresh:

Cassidy's word play is crazy. He is a beast. He destroyed freeway. I would like to see a Jada -Cassidy battle. That would be crazy.

cormega vs. nas - f* nas and nature - one of the illest diss records ever and that beat was banging
in a jacuzzi flashin fashion like an uzi blasting...

@ Clo-fresh:

I saw it. I advised Rick to keep it on wax. However, his last two disses have been complete trash. Everyone knows that I am a Rakin stan (lol). I think he is the best ever, bar none. So if you are going spit on Ra's track then you damm well better body it.

What Rick did to that track is a discrace. For that alone he should bodied by fif....lol. Anyway, I wish we had to real skilled Mc's to batttle.

Come on man, ya'll know damn well Pacs "Hit Em Up" was the craziest Hip-Hop diss ever...Nas's Ether is right up there as well.

Pac's diss was so ill that it actually made me feel bad. I was riding with Big at that time. When Pac dropped that joint I felt like we took a huge L. It was no way Big could return that.

Ether crazy too. Hov got bodied hard with that joint.

@bigup2bk..Dnt think you saw the righ comment. Scroll all the way to the bottom.

CASSIDY AINT ISH-HOW COME HE GOT ALL SCARED WHEN MURDA MOOK CHALLENGED HIS ASS TO A BATTLE FOR 50k AND HE TURNED PUSSY. CASSIDY IS A GOOD BATTLE MC BUT THAT IS ONLY TO INDUSTRY CATS.

WHY DONT HE JUMP INTO THE PIT AND BATTLE REAL BATTLE MC'S WHO BATTLE DAILY-LIKE MURDA MOOK, JIN, SERIOUS JONES, DUDE FROM THE UK-FORGOT HIS NAME, WHITE DUDE FROM BKLYN WIT THE GLASSES WHO BEAT JIN, ETC.

FREEWAY AINT NO BATTLE RAPPER!! FREEWAY WAS THE ONLY MAN IN THE CROWD THAT DAY THAT STEPPED UP WHEN CASSIDY CHALLENGED HOV TO A BATTLE. BEANS, HOV AND THE REST OF THEM STATE PROPERTY CATS AINT DO ISH! HOV IS PUSSY FOR NOT BATTLING CASSIDY AND LETTING FREEWAY TAKE THE LOSS-BUT FREEWAY'S REP GOT STRONGER AFTER THE LOSS CUZ EVERYBODY KNEW HE JUMPED IN THAT BATTLE FOR JAY-Z AKA HOV.

ONLY WHEN CASSIDY STARTS BEATING THEM FIGHT CLUB MC'S WILL I START SAYING HE A BEAST.

BTW IS CLO-FRESH AND BIGUP2BK DOWN LOW CATS OR WHAT -U BROTHERS NEED TO EXPLAIN UR FONDNESS AND MUTUAL RESPECT THAT U HAVE FOR EACH OTHER-HOW U DOING??! HA HA HA

Where has it gone that writers become very bias by not provided both sides disses. What happened to "I run New York"? 50 ate all of them up on that. But Jada did a decent diss on "Checkmate".

To: Bigup2BK. Shutup you ignorant idiot. No one values the opinion of a wannabe. If you hate hip hop so much why do you even come and read these blogs? Because you fake. You wanna be cool and no what's going on but this won't help you because you don't understand hip hop. "I think because I am a Black Nationalist with Pan Africanists tendencies that it is difficult for me to break a smile seeing this" you wouldn't break a smile if you saw p*ssy. You sound like a racist yourself and that's what is sad. You obviously don't have anything better to do than write a novel COMMENT and pretend to be reckless or clo-fresh. Go preach on Black Planet and us real americans will support freedom of press and speech while you fumble through propoganda you weren't around to witness. Martin Luther King would be disgusted with your narrow minded views. It only proves your a racist nationalist. Now bounce to your meeting with the crackers you have to answer too and beg for a raise. I run my own business and that is true freedom.

Dirk Da God (what a joke...LMAO....these white 50's homo stans are funny as hell....lol) :

Surely you are a white boy or a Tom. Either way, kill yourself. Any person who calls a Black person who is a nationalist or a Pan Africanists, a racist, is either white or an unconscious Negro who should be hung from a tree. So, please kill yourself, fagget.

@ Male Bonding:

Another white boy.....smh. I know you hate to see Black Peace. That is why you send your Toms like Dirk Da homo God at me, to get mirked.

Anyway, let this be an example to anyone who is Black - see when you call the white man's Toms out, and body these toms like I do 50 on a reg basis, the white man himself will come after you. He ran out of Uncle tom Negroes like 50 and Dirk the Homo God, and so here is. well cracka, you can go to hell in a gasoline jacket. I am not your slave, but you are my enemy.

@Bigup2bk-I AINT WHITE HOMIE. I AM AS BLACK AS 1000 MIDNIGHTS BABY!!

COMMENT ON CASSIDY FOOL-THE HOMO STUFF WAS A JOKE-LOL
