As seen in previous posts, I'm using the upcoming "Notorious" motion picture as an excuse to showcase some of Biggie's work. Only this time, I'm posting more of the unpopular items not usually found around the net. At least not all in one place. Check it out below.
Big, big shout out to the people over at Ifihavent, who collect classic hip-hop articles. An interesting site I've never seen before.
Via "The Source" mag, October 1994:
A lot of us know Biggie's album classics by heart. But what about the demos?

THROWBACK: Biggie disses 2Pac on "YO! MTV Raps"
Standing next to this herb Lil Cease... ha. What would things be like today?
2Pac speaks:

Never was a fan of BIG. Tupac Resurrection kills the movie Notorious cuz its in Pac's own words. Of course they are gonna try and sugar coat everything to make BIG seem better than he actually was. Not supporting the movie!
I agree with clove totally, its time people stop fronting on Pac like he was some sort of rapper like Lil Cease or Fabolous. He was the coldest, hardest to come with the lyrics and Biggie recognized the G in Pac. So you sac jockers recognize the coldest to ever spit. R.I.P Tupac
i totally disagree with both of you clowns.Pac was one of the greatest without a doubt.BIG was the greatest.period.anyway, we all know pac wanted to be an actor but was recognized for his rapping skills.and what are actors known for.. ACTING!!!! controversy sells records and pac used every bit of that to his advantage.lyrically he was nice, but not the nicest.if he was still alive chances are he would have gotten an oscar award before a grammy.

If pac was still alive i see him getting an oscar before a grammy anyway
