 Maybe.

"It's Me Bitches" was arguably more than a tri-state hit. I'll leave that for others to determine.

As far as this joint goes, I don't give a f*ck what anyone says. This is a hit that has enough clout to reach the West coast. To be honest, I only came to this after I listened to it over and over while envisioning I had heard it on the radio a million times.

Of COURSE Swizz is using that blasted vocoder. BUT! It was used right. If this would have been Cassidy's song, he may have possibly been able to get his hands on the career boost that he so desperately needs.

Lil Wayne did his signature scratchy rambling. Swizz did his non-rapping. But he also provided the hot beat. The sample, taken from Uncle Luke's "Doo Doo Brown," takes me right back to the '90s. The only problem I see with this track is that Swizz is being selfish. Why he thinks he can make it as a rapper? I don't know. But the image, swag, and (dare I say) rap skills that are needed to appeal to a wide audience are pretty much a given when it comes to Cassidy. His only problem? Not using the right beats, not having enough direction. Well here it is! A wasted joint for yet ANOTHER Swizz Beats album. What are you doing, Swizz? CASSIDY NEEDS THIS JOINT.

Too late now. Is Cassidy even still down with Swizz? He's been real quiet lately.

Hmm. No further comment on this. At least not until it gets some radio play.

It weirdly samples (completely based upon) a mid-90s brit-pop group called "Space - Female of the Species" - peep pop:

Well reckless, I think you might be right, I could already see the club goin crazy off this joint, but cassidy on this joint would NOT help this joint or his career at all, wayne really doesn't really fit this joint either, more suited for luda or an eve collabo...or t-pain.

He has a hit!!! ............. if he takes himself and Wayne off the song, adds more instruments, rewrites the hook, turns of Autotune, and gets a new rapper.

...in short, no. This is bullshit. The best part is the keyboard immitating the sounds of steel drums. And real steel drums sound better.

P.s. That isn't sampling. It's called theft. To make matters worst the original is the worst attempt at alternative bossa nova that I've ever heard in my life.

Which proves one thing: bullshit begets bullshit. Stop sampling wack songs.

I'm from da Souf & think Cassidy is one of the best lyricist in the game today. As a matter of fact, he's in my top 5 moving damn near close to my top 3. I have no clue what the hell Swizz is doing with dude....But Cassidy has what it takes to be Hip-Hop's next elite. Shout out to Philly cause they keep it gutta..Too damn gutta as a matter of fact.

Cassidy is signed to Carmelo Anthony's label and has been releasing some hot tracks on the mixtape/freestyle circuit.

Cass will be back on his A-Game soon and get the recognition he deserves.
