Nas

The (internet) release of this video is completely random.  Why they even bothered to try reminding people that Nas's album is out is beyond me. However, I liked what they did with the song; it was only two minutes long, but they stretched it out by extending the introduction and distracting us with video clips.

Nas "Queens Get The Money"

Not bad being that this is only the intro to the Untitled album. They took a two minute track and made it well over eight. And by doing that they incorporated visual concepts and other things to provoke thought and a little reflection. Not half bad. Too bad he wasted such a good album on such a suck ass (r&b) label.

Stay tuned for the blog Year Ending 2008!

nas is the greatest!
beside rakim of course...

You guys need to up your phrases. 'Is beyond me" has been played so many times on this site!!! get it together! Its like the rappers phrase "at the end of the day..." ugh!!

Anybody have any ideas on the deeper meaning of this video? What is nas trying to say about the purpose of black people in America? To uplift possibly.

What was the purpose behind dissing Kanye, The Roots and MC Search? Black Thought is not to be fucked with, Nas cannot see him lyrically.
