Laugh #1.
The infamous pro b-ball player from Queensbridge known to many as Ron Artest is still hitting the booth. I tried to be fair and listen to the lyrics, but the thought of that silly ass SMACK DVD appearance he made a few years ago and the way it put a mocking smirk on my face won't allow me to take him seriously.
This is "Lift the Hood Up" {listen} where he talks about trading in his whip to give some cash to a broke homey. Sure. He also tries to get political. And says "DAMN" in the addlibs after every line he thinks is hard core. And he even tries to take a shot at Bill O'Reilly.
SMH.
Laugh #2:

Damn. Who was said by many to be one of the most respected members out of the G-Unit crew has turned out to be nothing but a sucka MC.
Just recently, Young Buck was heard talking real cocky on stage at a concert in Tampa:
"F*ck G-Unit, n*gga, I'm gonna give you what you really wanna hear, 'cause Florida n*ggas wanna really know what the f*ck really be going on with Buck."
"He feel like he got a whole lot 'til the n*gga hit rock bottom and he got to crawl his ass back up," Buck said. "The difference between me and a motherf*cking 50 Cent is that I could hit the gutter-[and] I can get back in the streets. He couldn't go back-[or] do the same."
Lesson A: Never set yourself up.
@reck
young buck aint crying that nigga sound like he smoking a blunt.
as i continue to listen to part 2.................DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that nigga is crying, lol.
damn homie in tampa u was the man homie WTF happen to you
whut it dew BK B
i wish i could hear this sh1t ima have 2 check it out later. Its kina sad tho, but he put hiself in that predicament. Buck need 2 lay off that coke, didnt niggas learn from Tony Montana?
and I aint even gotta listen to Artest and no its a joke. B Baller are the worst rappers, u eva see that S.M.A.C.K. DVD wit Jason Terry and "Madd AZZ Ent." HAHA that guy can ball, but was lookin like a straight clown tryin 2 do HipHop
(about the Buck interview...)
OMG..... that's all I've got to say (LMAO).
Wait, does Fif got it like THAT... to be makin niggaz breakdown for having dissed them??? Game was always a bullsh*tter but at least he fought back hard... for a while... but even he at times acted like he was waving the white flag.
This is honestly intriguing: Regardless of the buffoonery we see in the media, it makes you wonder what influence or even "power" this dude has to get grown men this shook. It makes you wonder what is REALLY involved in these "beefs."
It could be that Buck is weeping like a b*tch just cause his money flow is gone and he knows (no matter how much bullsh*t he talks on camera or wax) that he's nowhere capable of seeing that where he now is. BUT THIS INTERVIEW SHOULD'VE NEVER LEAKED (for Buck's sake). He has officially bodied himself with this!!! LMAAAAAAAO!!! He's just had his manhood and pride taken away from him.
What's the next tough/slick thing that Buck can even utter outta his mouth after this??? Hahahahahaha.... BODIED!
Forget the term "getting Ja Ruled." Getting "Bucked" is worse - have you cryin like a girl on the radio, coppin pleas and sh*t, talkin bout "I just want us to be a family again." NIGGA!!!
And there should be a Boyz to Men song playing in the background. "Baby, come back to meeee..." HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.....
50 is the Boogie Man, forreal!
That Buck situation is hilarious. I'm not surprised 50 taped the call because that is a common practice for legal purposes in big business. Phone calls and e-mails are considered potential binding agreements in certain circumstances.
I'm not surprised Buck put on his Monica Lewinsky knee pads either. ALL of these rappers are ENTERTAINERS playing a role and most of the fans haven't been around real G's so they don't know the difference but any official street dude can tell that these guys are all actors. From Easy E to Tupac to 50 to Jay-Z people just don't get it because if they did they wouldn't even be surprised by any of this.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.... AAAAHHHHH!!!
Still dying over that Buck interview. The end of the second part is CRAAAAZYYY. 50 consoling a sobbing Buck... "Don't worry about it... you just gotta stay close to me..." Oh dayum!
Curtis is just DEAD WRONG for having released this, even got that "This is 50.com" label in the background. How is he gonna "fix" Buck now? He embarasses him and his stock is significantly lowered in the eyes of his fans. Correct me if I'm wrong, but WE'VE NEVER SEEN A RAP BEEF SQUASHED THIS WAY, am I right? Even Nas didn't go crying to Jay... at least we don't have the audio!!!
Country niggas is dumb... and emotional. (Explains the whole dancing thing much more clearly now.)
This is a prime example of what happens when you bite the dick that feeds you. I tell my hoes that all the time.
RECKLESS U A REAL HOE REALLY DOE. I MEAN I MAY PHUCK AROUND W/ THIS G-UNOT KILLA BULLSH!T AND PEOPLE KNOW I PHUCK AROUND AND ALL BUT U DON'T DISS A NIGGA LIKE BUCK WHEN HE IN A REAL LIFE SITUATION. U SUPPORT THIS BACKPACKIN BULLSH!T LIKE HOOLA HOOP KIDS OR WHOEVER BUT ON THE REAL 50 PUT BUCK IN A GOOD SPACE AND WHAT HE DO? PHUCK UP AND WORK W/ DOSIA I WOULD'T BE SUPRISE IF GAME IS IN THE SAME FINANCIAL SITUATION. SOCIAL CLUB WEIGH IN ON WEATHER YOU THINK GAME IS/WAS BROKE WHEN 1ST LEAVING THE GROUP. NOW ITS THE CORE 3 HOW IT ALL STARTED 50, BANKS, & YAYO. I'M SURE THAT BUCK SNORTED THROUGH ALL HIS EARNINGS. HOW U BLOW 10 MIL THOUGH? HANGING W/ JEEZY & TIP CAN DO THAT TO YOU. I MEAN HE BALLIN BUT NOT LIKE THEM 2. BUT RECKLESS YOU TRULEY DON'T SHOW EMOTION EXCEPT WHEN IT COMES TO THE TRACK STAR SAIGON. I HOPE BUCK RECOUPS BUT HE SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID PHUCK G-UNIT ESPECIALLY SINCE HE HASN'T CLEARED PAPERS, MEANING HE'S STILL UNDER CONTRACT LOL DUMBASS THAT LIKE ME ACTING WILD @ MY JOB (I DO HAVE A REAL JOB NOT JANITOR LMAO) AND I'M STILL UNDER CONTRACT 50 IS TRULY GONNA MAKE HIS LIFE LIVING HELL. IF HE EVEN THINKS ABOUT WORKING W/ ANY OF 50'S EMIMIES HE WON'T EVER COME OUT LIKE SPIDER LOC LMAO. BUT SOCIAL CLUB ALSO ANSWER THIS. DO YOU THINK 50 STILL GETS POINTS FROM GAME'S ALBUMS?
I SAW THIS COMING...
Buck was hangin with C-Bo,who did some g-unit diss tracks with Bang-Em Smurf in the past.
Buck was probably hanging around with to many jealous G-unit/New York HATERS from the west and the south.
They were probably gettin in his ear with that "50 is a snitch" and "New York is p*ssy" talk.
They were probably telling him that 50 runs him too...
That led buck to start saying little sideway comments on the radio and in the magazines, which slowly got on 50's nerves as these sideway comments by Buck kept happening.
Thats what happened.............................
Damn!!!!!
50 Cent crazy as hell. He sat up there and let that nigga say all that knowing he was recording him. He told on his self about how broke he is, and his taxes, and owing 50 money, which is stuff 50 said. He just let that dude verify it. Priceless.
@ ENLIGHTENED
Very true. That was a cold-hearted chess move forreal.
@React
Goddamnit Man! How you gonna diss the south like that?!!! LOL!
I keep telling dudes on here for all all his flaws 50 is the SHREWDEST in the game on the artist level. Jay-Z is pretty shrewd but he got no spine.
Say what you want about 50 but he outflanks his contemporaries with ease.
He uses his power and money well. Not long ago people were mad at Wayne for not going at 50 but Wayne was smart and look at him now. That dude don't pick fights he can't win.
That competition with Kanye actually HELPED 50 cause I doubt he would've even went platinum without it. Even when he loses he wins.
@ GUNOT KILLA
Game was broke after getting booted from the unit cuz BWS had all his expenses high as sh1t bying whateva they wanted puttin it on Games tab, and I think 50 still seeing some Game $ since he is on interscope still, he is jus like Buck kicked out but still signed
@ Nimrod
of coarse the 50/Mr West competition helped Cuuuuurtis
it was all on the radio and TV after his album wasnt gathering much attention due to his self proclaimed duds roller coaster and AYO technology. I never even heard the curtis album tho, it was sittin at my moms house like a coaster one day i dont even kno how it got there. Did you eva hear it? and if u did what u tthink of it? I heard it was wack.
I can't hear the audio...how long is it?

That's crazy though. You see...what's done in the dark will come out into the light.

@Haha
I never heard Curtis and I heard maybe 2 or 3 songs off of Massacre. To be honest GRODT is the only G Unit album I've heard in its entirety. I preferred 50's early stuff before he blew which from what I'm hearing is how his latest mixtapes have been.
People always say Dr. Dre is the best producer and I don't get it. He's good but his so-called classic "The Chronic" was nothing but George Clinton remixed. These dudes aren't producers they're REPRODUCERS. No other hip hop producer has been sued as much as Dre. No one pays attention to that. They just repeat what "Simon" says like the bobbleheads most of this new breed are.
50 is successful due to his intelligence and timing. His talent on his best days is slightly above average.
He is STILL the dominant force in the game. LiL Wayne can't headline a major tour yet. People can argue about points of views all they want but it ALWAYS comes down to the #'s.
Wouldn't it be something if Buck sues 50 for secretly recording that telephone convo without his knowledge? I know, depending on the state the convo it was recorded in, folks are generally not allowed to record telephone convos without notifying the person being recorded. Buck may have a good case. It'll be another bitch move, but that nigga could win a substantial amount of money from 50.
50 better hope that Buck was aware that the phone call was being recorded. You can video tape some one without permission but you Can NOT record their voices by way of a phone call without permission. This is why corporations always let you know when a phone call is being recorded.
Never the less this is just more evidence for me the 50 is a h o m o s e x u a l. There was a FEMALE who use to blog on here who released a private message that was left on her voice mail for the purpose of embarrassing this brother. What 50 did is no different from what SHE did and again speaks to 50 being a WOMAN.
As for Buck; it looks really bad for him. I thought from day 1 he handled this thing wrong. I thought he should have went with “the Game’s†f*ck you approach to 50 and G-Unit. Game left and survived the G-Unit attacks. In fact many believe he beat them. 50 is scared to even utter that kid’s name of record because he knows that game will release a diss track totaling ethering him and the G-Unit employees. Anyway; most of you cats idolize that h o m o 50 where as I see what he truly is and because I don’t feel like fighting a G-Unit stan today I will move on by telling Buck to call game – connect with him – make some diss tracks with Game and try to get a some of your dignity back. Right now 50 has crushed Buck in a way that I have never seen a rapper crushed before. This is why I laughed at you cats talking about being loyal to 50. All you E-thugs and this one fake ganging banging e-thug in particular really showed me that you have never hustled a day in your life. See the reason I knew a lot of you E-thugs never got down in the streets is because you talk about being loyal to a drug dealer. This is what 50 is – a drug dealer. All he did is trade the drugs in for Cd’s and vitamin water but drug dealing mentality didn’t change. He told you that.
Look I use to move product for cats and I never thought of myself as being loyal to them. These cats dealt crack and shot people all the time. How can I be loyal to a cat like that? A good drug dealer is foreign to the concept of loyalty. A good drug dealer is loyal to the dollar and nothing else. A good Drug dealer will k i l l a runner in a second if that drug Guap come up short.
Loyalty- LMAO- you fantasy e-thugs amuse me…smh….talking about you gang bang- yeah, right…..lol. 50 is loyal to nothing but himself. 50 is not even loyal to Yayo. 50 is exactly what he told you and that is a drug dealer. A drug dealer is the lowest thing on the planet earth. I know because I was one. A drug dealer in a leadership role is loyal to nothing and no one and will k i l l and SNITCH in a minute. You cats honor this no snitching rule and that is really a joke. A drug dealer will snitch in a NY second. I have seen it happen more than once. This is why I believe 50 is a snitch. However that doesn’t make him any different than anyone else. Some times drug dealers have to pay cops off to do business and give certain dudes up to do business. They are the most disloyal souls on the planet earth but yet you e-thugs promote being loyal to a person with that mindset. You are a fool and truly a E-thug. 50 mindset made it easy for him to give Buck up like that. It was easy for 50 because he never gave a F8ck about Buck. Game told those G-Unit N8ggas that when he left G-Unit but they didn’t believe him.
See the different between Game and 50 and Buck and 50 is that Game and 50 were both Drug dealers. Game knew he couldn’t trust 50’s word at that press conference in Harlem. Game being a drug dealer too knows the mentality of another drug dealer. This is why Game turn his back on the agreement and out of no where started dissing 50. Game being a drug dealer and hanging around his drug dealing gang Banging Brother (who turned his back on Game – and he did that because he is a drug dealer and this what drug dealers do) knew the word of a drug dealer and particularly one that acts like a female is worthless. So Game employed the right strategy and won. Buck thought 50 was a straight caring dude and not the G@y drug dealer that 50 truly is and now he is done. I think the only thing can save Buck is hooking up with game and going on an all out mission to destroy G-Unit. Personally if I was Buck I would expose 50’s g@y lover because I don’t care what yall say that dude is G@y. Buck just search around and you will find 50’s g@y lover.
Now let me talk about Wayne. Big up 2 that dude. 1 million in a 1 week in a depressed record economy is more than impressive. Hate it or Love it he is the new King of “commercial†rap music. What is interesting is that Carter 3 and Kanye’s Graduation joints are not Gangsta albums! I think the Gangsta sh*t is dead. Both Wayne and ye sold close and over a million in one week without relying on that gangsta music format. These rap cats better take note of that. Tough guy rap music is dead and personally I am thrilled that it is….
Finally, once and for all - do not compare Kobe or Lebron James to Michael Jordan ever again in your life. They are not his equal and not even close. Boston shut down Kobe like 50 shut down Buck’s career. In fact the most point scored in one individual game during the series was 38 and Paul Peirce scored that and not Kobe. I have never seen Michael Jordan shut down like Kobe was against Boston and Like Lebron was against San Antonio last year. Even when the Detroit Pistons employed the Jordan Rules Mike still found a way to be a dominate force and although he lost to Detroit twice in the playoffs it was never by 39 points. When MJ only had Orlando Woolridge and an aging Reggie Theus on his team and they played the Celtics like in 85 or 86 – at that tone the Celtics had 3 hall of famers on their team and finished the regular season with the best record in the league however MJ stilled scored an amazing 63 points on them. At that time the late Dennis Johnson was considered the best defensive 2 guard in the league. Boston was considered the best defensive team in the league. However MJ still dropped 63 on them and he did it on the road at the Boston Garden. So stop it. Kobe nor Lebron could hold Mj’s used rubber from one of his sessions with one of his white “jump offs.†So for those of you who have made these comparisons before understand that you have sinned but all is forgiven. Just don’t do it again.
Peace to the real.
People always say Dr. Dre is the best producer and I don't get it. He's good but his so-called classic "The Chronic" was nothing but George Clinton remixed.

@ Nimrod
Yea 50 used 2 go when he was underground and GRODT was a good album, so was the Massacre minus Candy Shop. My fav was the "Baltimore Love Song" when he was rapper as if he was heroin. Did u hear that song? It was good, and I kno what he is talkin bout cuz i live by Bmore and its H Feinds out there all day. U cannot deny 50 as business man (no homo) but as a rapper he is falling off. He made his own lane tho, so he will continue to have relvalence. And to me Dre is one of the best producers not for the Chronic but for his work on Em and 50 albums. He makes some tite ass beats and the last song with him and Snoop on the Blu Carpent Treatment goes real hard. Thats the last time i heard Dre rap, but he is a pioneer in da rap game, so u gotta give him respect, let alone the fact the talent he brings in like Snoop, Em, 50, and Game.
young buck made the south niggas look like str8 bithes
@ BIGUPB2K
UR FEEDING INTO THE BIGGEST MISCONCEPTION OF ALL TIME. GAYME DIDN'T BODY 50'S CAREER. 50 BODIED HIS OWN DAMN CAREER BY DISSING LEGENDS. YOU CAN'T DISS LOX, NAS, JAY-Z, AND PEOPLE FOR NO REASON. HE LOST POINTS FOR KICKING GAYME OUT FOR NO REASON BUT JELOUSY BUT HE REALLY LOST ALL HIS FANBASE BY DISSING PEOPLE FOR NO REASON. WHAT EVENTUALLY ENDING 50'S CAREER WAS THE CONSTANT HATING ON OTHER ARTIST BUT I BELIEVE THAT THEY TRIED TO BLACKBALL HIM AFTER BEING SHOT BY SUPREME. YOU DON'T FEEL HIS SITUATION WHAT IF ALL OF NEW YORK BLACKBALLED YOU YOU'D WOULDN'T BE BUDDY BUDDY W/ NIGGAZ EITHER. THEY DIDN'T PHUCK W/HIM AND ANYBODY WHO DARED TO WORK W/HIM ENDED UP LIKE JAY MASTER JAY. SO YOU SHOULD TRY LOOKING @ IT FROM 50'S VIEW BUT HE SHOULDN'T GO THROUGH LIFE MAD AND ANGRY BECAUSE THAT COMES BACK FULL CIRCLE. BUT THE BIGGEST REASON 50 FELL OF IS BECAUSE HIS MUSIC PLAIN SUCKED THE LAST COUPLE YEARS. NOW THE MIXTAPES HAS IMPROVED IN QUALITY AND WAS PRETTY GOOD. BUT GIVE UP THE BULLSH!T THAT GAYME ENDED 50'S CAREER DOCTORINE CAUSE ITS SIMPLY FALSE AND COMPLETLY UNTRUE. & HOW COME YOU IGNORE THE FACT THAT GAYME ALBUM SALES DECLINED 80% THE 1ST ALBUM SOLD 5 MIL DOCTOR'S ADVOCATE SOLD 1 MIL. DRE HAS BANISHED HIM AND WON'T PHUCK W/HIM AGAIN BECAUSE HE TOLD GAME TO DEAD THE 50 BEEF AND GAME DIDN'T LISTEN AND DRE DROPPED HIM GAYME'S NEW SINGLE IS HORRIBLE. HE REALLY NEEDS DRE AND IT SHOWS W/ THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT I'M HEARING FROM HIM. 50 DOESN'T NEED ANYBODY BUT EMINEM
@ BigUp2BK
if 50 was on the phone in NY you only need one consenting party to record a telephone convo I.E. Roger Clemens and his trainer. Also even though 50 acts g@y in the fact he has female tendencies and is a attention whore, I doubt he is really g@y. I think u jus dont like him, i mean he never did anything like kiss a man or some sh1t 2 be considered g@y. I kno he is annoying as hell tho sometimes and urks me in the same way wit his BS. Also, I think Game is done with 50, and it would be dumb to help Buck go at them. This is Buck problem now and Game can jsu give him advice.
If anyone thinks for a minute that 50 would leave himself open to a lawsuit with the release of that tape then they're blinded by personal feelings.
This dude is so calculating. I'll bet either Buck knew he was getting recorded (which makes this worse) or no crime was committed.
I'm foggy on this because it's been a long time but I believe the legality of taping a phone call has more to do with admissibility in court than anything else.
Spouses tap their partner's phones for proof of infidelity all the time. There's certain parameters for taping phone calls and a dude as careful as 50 is gonna be within it. Take that to the bank.

I happen to agree with a portion of this statement!
I believe that Dre's hits on The Cronic album were hot even though they were Funk remix's but the whole album itself was not a classic as far as perfectionism is concerned.
I actually think that his last album was close to perfect.
The Cronic was a classic in a sense because it was ground breaking for the west coast and it introduced a new hiphop sound along with introducing certain facets of the west coast lifestyle to the world.

HAHAHAHAHA.... I know, yo!!! Someone shoulda told Buck not to cry, but just to "walk it out!" HAHAHA!!!
This was proof that the collective IQ of southerners is abysmal! That fool not only wept like a b*tch, but he aired himself out like a b*tch!!! He confirmed EVERYTHING 50 was saying about his debts, the overseas tour, everything! And over the PHONE??? Nigga, you couldn't man up and meet the man in person (and cover your tracks by not having footage of this)??? Forreal, dude was wearing that Monica Lewinsky knee-pads... now if we can only see the gack-stained dress! LMAO!!!
Like I've mentioned to you before (since you've seen some of these guys behind the scenes), I wanna know why Curtis Jackson (who is just an artist like everyone else) can get these fools in such embarassing situations. I think Jada and the LOX punked him the worse during their exchange, but Jada and 'em still lost.
How can I say that? Well, it's Jada and 'em that ended up trying to downplay the whole thing afterwards. Jada admitted that the beef was good for him cause he was broke and it gave him some exposure. When Styles called up Hot97 during 50's interview, he had nothing but respect for 50's grind. And the last I heard of Jada, he was openly welcoming of the idea to record with 50. I know that all of this is just WWE and all, but that dude Curtis holds the belt! We know these dudes is actors, but a little self-respect wouldn't hurt, ya dig.
What's good BIGUP2BK and ATHEIST.
As for the NBA finals, I aint a fan of neither team but I am very, very glad Boston won it, and the WAY they won.
* It is great that Kobe ate crow. He's a great athlete, but I've always seen him as cocky. This was a good thing. And no, never compare yourself to MJ ever again!
* Phil Jackson needed this beatdown too. He had made himself into some genius or guru and he needed some humble pie.
* I'm glad for Shaq. I think he was the one that was victimized in the sh*t that went down between him and Kobe and Phil. He got a ring after being tossed outta LA, but Phil and Kobe didn't. This must feel good for him.
* And most importantly, I'm especially glad for KG. He seems like a good dude but has constantly been made the butt of jokes around the league. Always has been under-estimated and overlooked. True, he hasn't helped himself any, but to go toe-to-toe with Kobe and Phil and end up crushing (repeat crushing them) like that was golden. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I believe Kobe didn't score 1 point for the entire 4th quarter!!! Dayum!!!

SLIGHTLY FLIPPIN IT FOR A SECOND: WEEZY GOLDBERG DOES PLAT
Here are some meditations/lessons to learn:
1) F#ck what ya heard, people still buying records - and by "people" I mean knuckle-headed, no-taste having, youngsters and/or suburban white girls - "Like, oh my gosh, Weezy is sooo coool, yeaaaaahhh..." [said in the Paris Hilton voice]
2) Look for Kanye to commit suicide any second. His "flashing lights" bout to go dim real quick, cause we all know he can't take not being #1. I predict that he will either jump HARD on Weezy's crotch, or throw a tantrum at the next award show, or BOTH.
3) In a market such as this where only very few artists are gonna move any units, people better get realistic and stick with the cash cow. AND THAT'S WHAT BUCK IS REALIZING NOW. He running back to 50 Cent partly cause he knows he's gonna starve without him... partly because he's a dumb and emotional southerner!
Outside of Wayne, there are very few artists that can move any units. The recession has finally arrived. Props to Weezy for turning his Stepin Fetchit routine into a real money-maker. Hang that on your conscience!
I'm going to bypass all the 50 love and just laugh about the audio. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
I'm out, that's it. That's funny!
Peace to the real!
@ HA HA:
True - I am really biased against 50. I have never forgiven him for his traitorous remarks against our people concerning Katrina. If he would apologize maybe I could forgive him but he hasn’t and he won’t. So because he is a HUGE UNCLE TOM I can’t stand his @ss.
In terms of him being G@y – no I don’t have the smoking gun. However he has demonstrated so many female tendencies that I honestly do in my heart believe that 50 is g@y. I believe that the rap industry is filled with g@ys and that 50 is just one of many rap G@y artists. Btw; you make a great point about where that phone call was recorded. You have to figure that as smart as 50 is he did inquire about that with his lawyers before releasing that tape but who knows. The Holy Quran says that arrogance blinds and we both know that 50 is certainly not short on arrogance.
@ G-Unot Killa:
I agree with you (did I say that). Nah, I do agrre with you. I never said Game ended 50’s career because that would be a false statement. I said that Game understood 50’s true character and attacked 50 in the same way 50 attacked Buck. Buck woke up this morning saw that sh*t and was like “WTF.†Right now Buck is so shook his head is spinning. This what Game did to 50. He played possum. He acted like he was down with the truse and when the time was right he released 300 bars. G-Unit as Hip Hop artists as a crew could not answer 300 bars. Collectively they didn’t have the talent level to pull that off. The whole G-Unot campaign caught them by surprise. When is the last time you hear one of them say “GGGGGGGG=G-UNIT†Game has completely taking the G out of G-Unit. He killed their original name brand. They now refer to themselves as the UNIT. Game did that to them. So no ge did kill 50’s career but he save his and he did it in a way where 50 is scared to utter his name on a record.
See 50 says he doesn’t respond to Game because he make money off of Game. Well makes money off of Buck too. So why did he respond to Buck…lol. Game is just better as battle rapper than there whole crew combined. So that is my view point. We are not is disagreement at all. You are right Game didn’t kill 50’s career but he certain put a huge dent in 50’s music business.

Ray Allen shot the rock like he was Jesus....LOL.
Damm that dude was a machine last night, sun!
You all can justify the souh being soft after one lil Buck. This dude is yes from the south, but has no prominance in that region. If anything GUNIT fans like Buck. This dude is coked up, and is a straight mess. He has no character, and for him to think he is more "street" then Fiddy, cuz he can go back and hug the block is stupid. Like Nimrod says 50 is so business savvy he will neca EVA EVA fall off like Buck. Even when he is not a major player in the rap game (which will be in the next few years, he had a good run tho) he will still have bread off all his investments. Now, all the souf aint soft like no punk ass coked fake ass thug Buck. Have any of u eva been 2 Nashville? I have, my bestfriends father RIP was from there. It is country as hell, they even have country music hall of fame there. But go 2 memphis and think them thugs is soft and see what da hell happen. Their projects look jus like any other urban ones. But foreal could u imagine 3-6 mafia, UGK, or Outkast gettin punked by 50 like dat? Hell NAW and Buck is jus a weal charactered person that NEEDED 50 KNO WHAT IM SAYIN????????

When's that advertising deal with Vick's Nyquil comin through!?! HAHAHAHAHA....
At least people like Nas, Jay, 50, and Diddy (even Diddy) can attend an industry function without looking like the clown of the room! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THAT. Now that Weezy has REALLY blown-up in the mainstream (and gets more exposure than he knows what to do with), when am I gonna see that chimp donning a suit on the red-carpet??? HAHAHAHAHAHA.....
Negro gonna be a HOT MESS! When others are sipping on champagne and wine, he's gonna order "Yo waiter, get me the finest Nyquil... yeah, the 12-hour formula... on the rocks... that's wassup!"
My only prayer now is, please... dear God... keep thy servant from running into suburbanites that recite Weezy lyrics!

Yeah i have been to Nashville too. I do some joint things with for college kids with TSU and Fisk (2 HBCU's) and I must say it is country as hell. I thought it was my NE bias but I always found it hard to buy into Buck being a thug (the way I think of a thug) given his Nashville or cashville, TN's roots. I have been to Nashville at least 5 times over the last 8 years and my perception of that place has yet to change. It is country as hell.

Yes, I too have come through Nashville... and drove out of city limits as fast as I could. Aint nuthing there but...
Country music and cowboy hats...
Coked up, poverty stricken neighborhoods that look like third-world countries...
Ignorant, unevolved, broken-English speakin street squatters that shoot dice all day, walk around in tanktops and pajama shorts and slippers, lookin like G Unot Killa and sh*t...
Niggers whose favorite past-time is getting liquored and heading to strip clubs - them backyard, makeshift strip clubs to drool over crack stanks that have their 9 year-old son wait in the corner as Mommy "works"...
And I sware to you that I believe slavery is STILL in affect there...
Do you mean THAT Nashville?
Buck is a REAL N8cca!! ANd Buck got heart. Buck is abusing Cocaine and the effects of cocaine abuse are evident in the way he cannot control his emotions, I'm sure at the time of the phone conversation buck was on the downside of using cocaine. And it's so many TOUGH GUYS on here that never cried F8ck outa here. 50's advantage over most of the music industry is that he doesn't use drugs and therefore is of sound mind 90% of the time. Young N8ccas payattention. And you call buck a b*tch to his face the N8cca might just Kill you. Don't sleep dat N8cca real, it's that white talking.
Okay, I gotta go against the grain. LOL! I think the comparisons of Kobe and MJ are fair when it comes to on court play. People forget Kobe came out of HS. He's actually developed at a much faster pace than MJ.
I think Phil Jackson is overated as a coach. By the time Kobe's career is done he'll have more rings than MJ. The dude is a beast!
MJ was just as cocky if not more and MJ got major help from the refs. MJ was to the NBA what Ali was to boxing. That's something Kobe doesn't always get.
Now, I'm not a Lakers fan or even a Kobe fan it's just how I see it. I'm happy for KG too. He's a very talented dude who was on the precipice of unrewarded greatness.
Kobe will be back. He's got many more years of championship ball in him. This will only make him tougher.
Now I better duck... *INCOMING* LOL!
You know what...
The south has the highest concentration of blacks in the united states,so to classify ALL black southerners as coons is highly disrespectful to black people down there, and black people in general.
The south has the highest concentration of HBCU's
The south also has the highest concentration of black college graduates....
I've also dealt with people in the south, and i can say that it is to their advantage that arrogant and ignorant individuals assume that they are slow...
Its a defense mechanism that they learned from slavery.
I'll give Wayne credit for at least trying to tackle social issues and showing some complexity in his artistry...People cant classify him as being in the same vein of a soldier boy.
As much as people would like to deny it,there are little Waynes in every city of the united states, and there are young whites who are intrigued with them,so they will pick the album up.
The problem is parenting, not the rappers...
@React
You're really provoking the South today. LOL! I'm not gonna cosign your visual but I won't contest it either.
I've been all over the South and here's what I noticed. Educated blacks are pretty much the same everywhere but the ghetto dwellers down south give new definition to the words "backwards" ignorance and embarrassment. That's why I think it's important to distinguish the difference between progressive blacks and those whose imagery have become the standard for everyone.
@ NIm:
LMAO-
Yeah duck, Brother....lol.
No Kobe is an incredible talent. His mental toughness is wonderful but MJ he is not.
MJ left with 6 rings but he could have had 9 or 10. He left basket for 2 years to play baseball. I think he would have won it each year he was away if had stayed. He also retired at time where he was still best player in the league on the best team on the league with the best coach in the league. If he had not retired and they would have kept that nucleus together he would have one at least 1 more maybe two.
The other thing in MJ never had a dominant center on his squad. Every center he ever had was a bum. For all three of KOBE's rings he had a dominating Shaq by his side. Further MJ came back to the league as an old man and still average 20 and almost won the league's MVP.
So to me it is not even close. MJ is like Rakim, Ali and Jim Brown which is they basically do not have an equal or peers. Their greatness simply can't be matched.
@Nimrod
Nahhh man,i gotta disagree.LOL...
MJ did in a era when basketball was almost like football...lol...
The charles Oakley Bill Laimbeer era...
The three point line was further out too...
Now a days all you gotta do is tap a player and you get called for a foul.Every 5 seconds that whistle is going off.
They enforced all of these rules strictly to boost up the scoring to attract more fans...
And remember...Scottie Pippen wasnt a super Duper star but SHAQ WAS.
i told you young bucks horoscope sign is PISCES.50 knows pisces are soft
@ NIMROD: "MJ was just as cocky if not more and MJ got major help from the refs. MJ was to the NBA what Ali was to boxing. That's something Kobe doesn't always get."
I sure don't question Kobe's talent, nor the fact that MJ was one cocky motherf*cker. But the way I see there being distance between the two is this...
* MJ is the father and grandfather of ALL of these dudes' balling skills - no question about it. And of all people, Kobe is a clear copycat and understudy of MJ. (But who fathered MJ's style? Nobody.)
* What I didn't like, though, is how Kobe took the crown when the king was still on the throne. Yeah, he's hella sick with his best MJ immitation (he should be paying MJ royalties for that faded jumpshot). While the memory of MJ was still fresh, Kobe began acting larger than life already. That first All-Star game encounter between the two of them did it for me. Some might call it gutsy, but I call it straight disrespect. That 19 year-old was waving off the defense, telling dudes twice his age to step aside so he could cover MJ and get some exposure.
* MJ is the greatest sh*t talker in the history of sports. But somehow he kept a good, untarnished image. He was mad humble in every interview, mad classy, and maintained that superhero status. Even with Kobe's skills and rings, he definitely doesn't have that today.
* In fact, I think MJ has done a better job with his image than even Tiger Woods, who comes off as snobbish. MJ belongs in folklore. Somehow he "seemed" approachable and larger-than-life even though he did his dirt too.
* The other day I got stuck lookin at all the classic Nike and Pepsi/Coke commercials MJ did... I tell you the truth, fam. I got goosebumps. MJ is godlike, even in 2008. And despite the stint with the Wizards, he has handled his image very, very well since his days on the court.
All of this adds to the player/celebrity. So when this MJ-knockoff loses, there's taunting instead of sympathy for him.
Point proven down south niggas is homo cryin like a bitch. Maybe he can go lick that snitch nigga TI's balls now or that fat ass fake scarface wannabe Rick Ross' ass crack. LOL Buck went on his little tour while G-Unit was getting that international money and now he's sorry after the fact. He should just off himself with Gayme talkin bout "I got a website too" thisisgame.com LOL. Both these niggas know they f'ed themselves

Okay, it's unanimous... I don't know dick about B-ball. And let me also confess I didn't even know who won last night until 2hrs ago. LOL!
Reality check here….
…50 Cent treats these guys like little brothers? Are you FOR REAL? You really think G-Unit are “Homies†?? Get real people, like Buck said 50 probably don’t even know his child’s name, he’s never been to his house, they don’t hang out counting money like in the G-Unit clothing advertisements…
G-Unit is a BUSINESS, 50 Cent owns it and he has it structured in such a way where he and ONLY he makes a significant amount of money…EVERYONE else in on the payroll…
NONE of the other people signed to G-Unit have that much money, they front as if they do in public but they really don’t. You can hear from this conversation that Buck is talking financially in the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS rather than MILLIONS..and even then he is being swallowed up by taxes and probably breaking even at the end of financial years…
Show money and stuff like that let you live flashy in the day to day but it’s things like royalties and publishing deals that guarantee long term financial success…guess who controls those things in G-Unit??? 50 Cent…Like Buck said he hasn’t seen a royalty check from G-Unit and that is quite understandable in the music biz as royalties can take years to kick in…the only thing is he probably had phuck all % points on the royalties anyway so they’re only ever gonna be in the form of a pretty small check coming in now and again anyway…
This phone call is the result of a world famous rap star tied to an unfair business contract, trying to salvage what he can of a career he’s never really had control of…
-
If you were in the ghetto and 50 came and scooped you…you’d take whatever deal was offered
-
If you were a world famous rap star and your income wasn’t matching your high profile, you might become frustrated too
-
If you saw that your G-Unit status meant very little financially you might try and start your own label and jewelery line and focus on that instead of making money for someone who isn’t sharing a whole lot of theirs with you
-
If you were kicked out a group and alienated from them (Yayo: “I don’t even know Buckâ€..see what I mean about the “Homie†bit??) and in financial difficulty despite being world famous…well yeah cocaine IS a helluva drug for easing the stress of such things..not the right solution but people under pressure make bad choices sometimes
-
If you were tied into a contract with someone who could stop you making future earnings then yeah, you might just ring them up begging to make amends too…
-
And by the way, if you were worth as much as 50 Cent, actually if you were worth about a quarter of what 50 Cent is worth, would you have any problem giving your “FRIEND/HOMEY/BROTHER†$300,000 to sort out his taxes? Would you even ask for it back? Especially if you were both on an album where you make 90% of the profit and the remaining 10% is split between the other 3 people on the record???
50 Cent does NOT treat his artists well. In proportion with his earnings, he shares PHUCK ALL money with his fellow “Brothersâ€â€¦because at the end of the day G-Unit is a manufactured image of a fictional gang that does not exist in real life.
@ G-Unot Killa:
Damm when you abandon that goofball character - you are a cat worth chopping it up with. Man you should forever abandon that “knucklehead†spida-loc bit you put on everyday and become a social club member...lol. If you keep dropping posts like the last one (before I started writing this post) I may even write you a letter of recommendation for admittance into the social club.
No truthfully and honestly your last post was so correct and on point. I try to explain that to so many dudes before. They were coming in with this loyalty bullsh*t and applying their Hollywood movies understanding of what gang principles are to G-Unit. They could not grasp that 50 is a CEO of a small corporation. They bought in so completely into the corporate produced imagery that they literally viewed 50 as some kind of gang member who is loyal to his set and crew. They could not see the corporate and Hollywood gangsta fantasy imagery created for the purpose of marketing this illusion to naïve suburban 14 year old white teenagers.
I stopped trying to convince them of what the reality of the situation was because their ignorance was too thick and harden for me to penetrate. What you and I see as common sense these folks totally processed differently. They were the most naïve group of fans I had ever encountered in my life.

Awwwwwww you're so pathetic...calling the whole south IGNORANT and speaking on the IQ's of MILLIONS of people...you're such a lame (obviously OLD New Yorker, LOL) its ok though...maybe Weezy will by you a lollipop Little Old Man
@ Athiest:
I have to run but you may have not f*cked the money up the way Buck did but you may have F8cked it up. Who would have ever thought Ed McMann (of the Johnny Carson's tonight show) or Hammer during his prime would be broke today.
I work with money and trust me some of these so-called GIANTS are 1 bad business deal away from being broke.
I work with a cat who is about 20 years older than me and he was telling me how in 1989 (at another firm he had work with) they cut off Donald Trump's line of credit because he was in so much debt from all those failing properties (at the time) he had invested in in Alantic City. Now you would never think of Donald Trump being denied credit and on the brinks of financial ruins but in 1989 that was what he faced.
So because I work with money and know that the average person does not know how to manage money and perserve it and make it grow - trust me you and i and whole lot of people can blow 100 's of millions of dollars very easily. See what these magazines always show you is a person's wealth but they never show you a person's debt. Show me a person debt to income Ratio and I will then tell you if they are truly paid or not.
Anyway I am off to lunch.

i aint no southern defender but imma have to disagree.
this is my 2nd time commenting on this so now imma make it short.
when i came to GA back in 91 i said the same thing, how slow and dumb southerners was. if u had a accent u was automatically jamaican, me not eating meat was amazing and other dumb country stuff.
-
when i moved back to NY in '96 (that same friday pac died) i realized that we all act the same, ignorant southerns aint no different then ignorant NY'ers (now the magnitude might be different), just like i always thought that cali ni99as was stupid and cali broads are beyond dumb, and after i met some cali guys and cali broads my thought aint change that much, lol, but we all blend and adapt to our environment.
-
our culture, name, way we praise our god, etc was beat and stripped outta us. we was killed for practicing our own ways. so 1st whats a "progressive" blackman and how can a "progressive" blackman determine that a (i guess) " non progressive" blackman needs to be killed or alienated?
-
i find it funny when i hear blacks call them self african american but dont even acknowledge the african part
-
or promote killing the "ni**as" but complain about black on black violence or genocide that goes on in africa.
this must be a g a y era or something.
from rappers actually DEFENDING the down low life style to when wayne kissed baby ni**as was saying how that was some mob ish and how wayne look at baby as his father. now this buck vs 50 thing is FIF was wrong for releasing the audio and all that crap. buck cried like a whore about his money issues, 50 aint make him a whore, put words in his mouth to make him sound like a whore. murder inc did the SAME thing to 50 when 50 called them saying he aint want beef and he thought black child was cool or whatever, the difference is 50 aint cry, aint big up ja, nor did he say he was backing down from beef. it is what it is, ni*gas need to read 48 laws, or 50 laws, lol.

You stated “i think†when in reality you are allergic to thinking you programmed Negro and Buffon, you. Thinking is an activity you forfeited years ago. This is clear to me because of the confusion in your post coupled with your defense of that undeniable Uncle Tom, Curtis 50 cents Jackson. See that alone shows me that thinking is a foreign concept to you. To be honest I THINK that novels upon novels should be written about TOMS like 50 so when the right time come and the people rise up we will have the indisputable evidence that give us more than enough justification to physically dispose of the Black piece garbage like the traitorous bootlickin yessir bossin foot shuffling Uncle Tom that 50 is and since you are a supporter of his you need to be documented as well and when the time does come I hope that I am given the honor to skin, tarred and feathered your Driving Ms. Daisy Uncle Tom @ss.

I think that all Rap Era's have their time ala what Nas said its just a matter of what you do w/it. From Deaf Jam in 80 & early 90's to Death Row in mid 90's to Bad Boy & No Limit in late 90's to Rocafella, Ruff Ryders, & Cash Money in the new millineum to G-UNIT from 03-06. Now its every Gurilla for himself and the music is suffering. Eventually it will be another 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, Jay-Z. Hip Hop moves in circles I truly beleive 50 knows his time has come & gone he holding on to a dying brand a nigga is gonna get laughed @ if he comes outside w/ some G-UNIT clothes, he'd be smart by just going to a blind hip hop clothing brand so we don't know he's behind it. Damm I am slave to truth and even though you wrote it because it is truth I have no choice but to co-sign it 100 percent. I mean I strongly agree with you. I think the other day the homie Atheist (if I am wrong Atheist then my bad - it may have been some one else) predicted a total eradication of the rap industry because of its current recession. I told him (or whomever) that all industries including rap experience the capitalistic cycles of growth and prosperity to recession, depression and recovery. What we are seeing in the rap industry right now is standard western capitalistic economic business fluctuations. Right now the industry is in a deep recession but the good times will roll again and growth and prosperity will be here again with the new “50’s†Hov’s and Lil Wayne’s as you indicated.
And you are also right about “Gun Talk†rap being written off before. I remember Dr. Dre right after he left death row saying that Gangsta rap was dead and anyone doing Gangsta would flop. Then he dropped a joint with a collection of his new artists on his new label Aftermath (before EM) that minus the gun talk and how that product flopped. So you are right this has been predicted before but we saw it come back and thrive after previous pre-mature predictions of its death.
However when you look at the big rap sells prizes winners over the last 12 months it has been Kanye and Wayne. When you listen to both of their albums you really hear music. The musical tracks on Carter 3 are really good. Oh and with Wayne and YE you don't hear a couple cats who are trying to prove to you that they are rich or tough or anything. They are not trying to prove that are thugs or moguls - they just dropped the music and they are letting the music speak for itself and not letting their image sell the product.
See 50 music is stale. He is not a good artist. Most people praise him as a good business man but not as a good rapper or musician. 50 knows that his gimmick has been exposed and that the “jig†is up and so to stay relevant he has had to create a “WWE†image to sustain hs popularity because his music is awful. See when 50 and Ye and Wayne sold a million in one week that meant that people who are not rap fans but are music fans crossed over and bought a rap album. They bought those CD’s because they like music. Well I disagree with Nim I thought the Massacre was awful. 1.2 million people bought the Massacre the 1st week and after listening to it – outside of 50’s fan base almost to a man it was agreed that Massacre was pure trash. A copuple years later - after all the hype YE and 50 700,000 bought Curtis week 1 and found out that was trash too and so the people who are music fans but are not necessarily rap fans determined that 50 is not a very good musical artist at all they will no longer buy his product. So he knows that he is done.
I mean I won’t front the Wayne Joint is decent. I expected it to be garbage but I have listened to it 3 times now and it is decent. It is far better than the Massacre and Curtis. So this cross over audience who came over to Wayne to buy his product will be satisfied and will buy from Wayne again. The same is true for Kanye. Kanye knew he was going to beat 50 because there are more music fans than rap fans and Kanye has strong grounding amongst both rap and music fans. So he knew he would blow 50 away and that is why he never flinched when he decided to drop on the same dayas 50. It was 50 who knew he was about to get slaughter by Ye and so he came up with the 50 vs. Ye marketing plan because without that 50 would have sold maybe 700, 000 in total and not in one week if was not for the hype.
So my point is that if you want to sell rap music today and sell it in large number – in this current climate you have to make good music that will appeal to music fans more than that shrinking base of rap fans and music fans are interested in how tough or rich you are - music fans are interested in nothing but good music and this is why Wayne and Ye are on top and 50 is in this huge free fall mode.

How do you feel about the ivy leage schools increasing their enrollment and openly seeking out minorities from the public school systems?
Through the success of Barack,do the globalist see the advantage in bringing us in the fold more actively?
I remember reading this in The New York Times about Yale and Harvard constructing new buildings in anticipation of more students, then i just saw a news clip on t.v. About them actively seeking out good students from the public school system.
My nephew is in h.s. School and he just got an internship with Beard Stearn.
Whats goin on?

@ Bigup2BK,
Jordan only called it a retirement 2 cover up the fact that he was actually suspended 4 a year & a half over that gambling situation back in '93

@ Athiest
I am aware of it. They have been trying to do this for some time. I have sat down with many officials over the years from several Ivy's who have expressed an interest to me in recruiting more Blacks to their campus. I mean Harvard, Yale, Coulmbia, Brown and U of Penn actually do a pretty good job in enrolling Black folks.
Further, Brown University has been heralded not only for their ability to recruit Black students but their ability to create an evironment where Black students can feel comfortable in their own skin. Most of the IVY's are free for Black students as well. You have to remember that the Ivy's endowments range from 5 billion to 25 billion dollars.
So I am aware of it. I personally have sent kids to Harvard, Yale, Columbia, U of Penn and Brown. Princeton has some heavy hitters amongst its Black faculty but yet Princeton is still a very hard sell for me when I speak to gifted Black students. They just hate that campus.
Now Duke University and Emory are two schools that Black students alway give me great feed back about and although they are not Ivy's they are elite schools.
Anyway, I support the Ivy's efforts. I am a real strong supporter of HBCU's but at the end of the day I want Black kids to attend the school of their choice whether be it a HBCU or a PWI.

Yeah I BET you are right. However Dre if Mike would not have left do you have any doubt that they (Da Bulls) would have kept winning Championships. My knicks beat yall barely without Jordan. If Jordan was there we would have lost and yall would have went on to BEAT the Houston Rockets.
This dude was so much better than Kobe will ever be.
