During her talk with Kay Slay on his Sirius Satellite radio show {listen}, Remy maintained her innocence, got real ignorant on the politics tip, and announced her sentencing date.
“Forever innocent. Be clear. Don't be mistaken by jury that was not my peers like, there was not tan, dark brown, black, nothin on that jury. It's a whole conspiracy against rappers right now so I already knew what it was.
“Vote for Obama, early! Slay ... I can't vote right now. All our black people that they got locked down, everybody got felonies... we can't vote right now. But I need everybody who is eligible to vote to go out and vote. And yeah I'm with the whole 'just he my color' vote. Yeah, that's good enough for me. That'll work...
"Matter fact I need all my black people to go out there and do yall jury duty, please. Do yall jurty duty. For real. It's serious. It's really serious out here. ... Because it's a well-known fact that they're out to get rappers--and that's undeniable--Remy will not "be out in a minute." And that's that. You saw what happened to Prodigy. Remy should have known better. She has a little bit of money and influence. NY isn't a safe place for anyone with celeb status or influence. Just ask the governor of NY or state senators/congressmen. They were on the news the other day saying that the state police harasses them and investigates them. That is why the governor got caught doing the prostitution thing. NY is hostile environment for ANYONE, especially blacks with money or fame. She needed to stay away from clubs and stay away from old neighborhood friends.

Rem doesn’t have a strong argument here at all. She is trying to set up a Mumia Abu Jamal kind of appeal to her case when it clear that she had terrible lawyers who argument was incredibly silly and ignorant. The other thing that really falls short is that Remy doesn’t have a history of social or political activism in New York or Music industry. So this attempted transition to make a political oriented argument in bring these sociological factors like race and class for really does have any merit.
The other thing is that rappers have sort of made their bed and now they must sleep in it. The rappers in pursuit of money and on the orders of their Jewish bosses have created this kind of gangsta imagery that non-rap fans have adopted as truth. So in that regard it is sort a self inflicted wound. If this case had happened in 1987 or 88 she would have perhaps been viewed differently because the rapper then projected him/her-self as a Black political and socially conscious rapper.
Finally many of rappers have walked when charged with a crime. Puff, Game, Young Buck and Snoop are just a few of many who have walked in the face of some heavy charges. So it what it is? This is case that really is plain and simple.

People protesting the acquittal of detectives in the fatal shooting of Sean Bell will gather Wednesday near six transit choke points around New York City before leading a march and "pray-in" organizers anticipate will lead to some arrests, the Rev. Al Sharpton said Saturday.

First of all Atheist has a Dissociative Identity Disorder. Stanning is one of the symptoms and ramifications of his disorder. This is why he looks to a middle age man for guidance and to validate and confirm his every thought and to provide him with accommodating text that gives him entry into his desired peers’ dialogue. The MILITANT Uncle Tom is the one who talks of revolution but isn't willing to spill his own blood. He pretends his life is in jeopardy to support his make believe importance. He spends his whole life talking about racial matters while never coming up with any solutions that actually work. He incites the less intelligent and weak to engage in actions he himself would NEVER personally partake in. He primes our people for quick annihilation with vile histrionics and encouraged confrontation.
Deandre Brunston is so typical of the type of people who get caught up in this FAUX MILITANT agenda put forth by these con men. Uneducated and detached from reality while totally unprepared to initiate step 2 after making step 1. The first thing he did when his bluff was called was toss whatever it was he had in his hand. It was too late by then.
These con men accuse everyone who disagrees with them of being Uncle Toms when it is they and their wacky ideas that lead young brothers to failure, societal frustration, and in the worse cases, a violent death like Deandre Brunston.
Farrakhan is considered a leader among the ignorant for his skill in defiant rhetoric. Unfortunately, some equate that with power and are misled into thinking they have the upper hand when nothing can be further from the truth.
Looking at that footage brought to mind another MILITANT Uncle Tom named Khalid Muhammad who led the 'Million Youth March" in Harlem back in 98. I saw no youth in the crowd. I laughed as Khalid instructed his handful of followers to resist the police as he exits the platform while trying to escape the police onslaught. He too was a disciple of Farrakhan. A professional rabble rouser only good for leading young black people to their doom. If that doesn't define MILITANT Uncle Tom I don't know what does.
