Looks like Prodigy went and got someone to PROOF READ his sh*t before they posted it, because although it's all in CAPS, I can actually read the whole thing without having to reread every other sentence for clarity.

The following introductory line reminds me about how I feel about all the stans and e-thugs who especially like to go on other websites and make up lies, putting words in my mouth 'n sh*t:

Now that the verdict has been reached and Remy is guilty as charged, she will be facing up to 25 years in prison. And although we all know she won't be sitting behind bars for that long, the fact still remains that she won't be doing a Lil Kim bid; she might even end up doing at least 3 or 4. And 3 or 4 years from now, there might not be any rapping career to pursue. She might as well just throw it out the window.

Looks like the kid Saigon regained his composure, focused, and vented his frustrations through the studio booth.

Not only did Redman announce that part deuce to the movie "How High" is in the works, but he also said that a follow-up to the 1999 album The Blackout is in the making.

Good morning! Ahhhh... what a good morning it is. Two Southern rappers just flopped. Looks like Rocko stole a little bit of East Coast slang ("do me," do us, do you-- yes that was East Coast first), got all the Southern and Midwestern people naming themselves "Umma Do Me" on Myspace ('cause they think it's a new phrase), and still sold only 20,000 copies. If that. And this Florida kid... terrible. Just terrible.

I hope L.A Reid is smiling right now, cause I am! Take that as a lesson learned. Stick to R&B!!!

I didn't post this song because I care about it. I posted this because after I picked up on her exaggerated Lil Kim swag, this pic (as shown below) made so much more sense.

Damn Curtis. Thank Papoose for giving him this idea.

Talks of this Biggie movie are not dying down. So I might as well get this off my chest.

This pic has been making its rounds around the net.

Almost a month ago, KRS dropped the Preemo-produced joint “Criminal Minded ’08,” which spread through the internet like wildfire. Someone said “please put this old head to pasture, for crying out loud.” Others, including me, said the track was hot (listening to the LYRICS). And now we have the video, which I felt could have had a little more to it:

Cop that.

"This whole rap sh*t fell apart/ Gotta take it back to the start/ Kickin real sh*t from the heart..."

dmx44367.jpg

That crack got DMX hyped. Cause now he's back in the studio cooking up that '9-8 sh*t. Well maybe not quite. But it still bangs. As f*cked up as it sounds, don't kick the habit, dogs. You need this motivation.

I’m starting to see that Prodigy wasn’t bullsh*tting when he said this jail sentence was only going to make him go harder. In the beginning, I wasn’t feeling the so-called HNIC2 “tracks” that were floating around the ‘net. But that was a while ago, and there’s no telling if some of that earlier stuff was even official anyways.

But why does it take for you to be on your way to the slammer for you start pushing harder? You should’ve been doing this in the first place. I guess you can call it motivation. So does it take for the whole NYC rap scene to get a jail sentence to start making gutter music again? Basically. Notice I said “gutter” music, not “radio-friendly” music. Anyone can make a corny track and pay to get that sh*t played. That’s what the South’s been doing the whole time.

Remember this Bronx cat I posted back in the beginning of February? First it was the song, now we’ve got the vid. He’s from my borough, so you know I gotta represent.

Spitzer + Hip-Hop = Problems.

From the governor's office to the prostitute's headquarters, soon-to-be-former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer may have been laughing straight to the bank to withdrawal funds for trystful transactions, but now he's the national laughingstock who is now retracting funds from the bank to save his ass.

Thirsty Spitz-- who was featured in a recent Three 6 Mafia video remix and was dubbed "Client 9" by the FBI via phone tap and document investigation-- was once known as the "anti-crime, zero-tolerance-for-trouble" type who once worked as an attorney general to crack down on cases such as the 2003 mutual fund scandal. But now he's fighting a scandal of his own. How ironic? But not really; it's a known fact that government officials are to City Hall what preachers' kids are to the church: down low freaks.

With over 500,000 people packed onto the tiny island of Staten, I think there should be way more music coming from out of the home of the Wu-Tang Clan. Every other week we see a new rapper emerge from out of the streets of Brooklyn, Queens, sometimes The Bronx, Harlem (maybe L.E.S)... and Yonkers-- a part of New York that isn't even IN New York City. But never do we hear a peep from Shaolin. So since this kid AC seems to be consistent and persistent, and I respect what he's doing as far as trying to bring some fresh recognition back to S.I., here's yet another vid from the young MC.

Footage on AC constructing a track called "Trapped on the Island," featuring fellow Shaolin rapper Trife Da God

Damn. Have you ever had a relentless e-personality stalk, talk about, and nag about you every other week? (Shout out to E-Real for the heads up, and also for the "instigating.") Usually this is something you'd ignore, but "sheesh" -- this dude is quite consistent, so I gotta make fun of it.

He went from being a SOHO to soaking up more Nahright fluid in the back of his throat than Superhead's tonsils.

March 9th will mark the 11th year that hip-hop has been pressing on without the Brooklyn MC Notorious B.I.Gâ€"also known as Biggie, Frank White, Biggie Smalls, or Big Poppa.

His 1994 quadruple-platinum debut album Ready to Die, which reigned supreme even during the grand-slam takeover of West Coast hip-hop, produced hits such as “Juicy,” “Big Poppa,” and “One More Chance,” among many others.

50vsjoe.jpg

I hate on Fat Joe, because he's a Southern swagger jacker. But I have to admit that what 50 Cent is doing to Joe-- especially with this Thisis50.com business-- is really f*cked up. I've gone in the SOHH forums and have seen videos released by Thisis50 with footage of no name Castle Hill bums sh*tting on Fat Joe, then 50's camp released that fake photoshopped "Hip-Hop Weekly" cover with the cover saying that Benzino banged Joe's wife. Just terrible. You don't bring n*ggas' families in the mix like that.

But then again, 50's baby moms looks like your typical Queens hoodrat, so why not counter-attack? And to think that 50 told Howard Stern he t*ssed her s*lad...

Black folks still glorifying that gangster stuff, I see.

Another gutter video with nice effects. Reminds me of AZ's "The Hardest." I'm feelin it.
