As of yesterday, I was still trying to figure out “this thing†Nas was speaking of at the Grammys. Well, all that came to an end when I found the audio to the interview Nas had with Foxxhole Radio (2-15-08) [listen]
On titling his album N*gger:
"I wanna offend people if I can, I wanna anger people if I can. …Everyone's hiding behind it. …They think that if you don't talk about it, it will go away. But it never goes away. It just gets more sophisticated, gets more dangerous."
When questioned about his claims of blacks losing the Voting Rights Act in 23 years, this is what Nas said (warning: it’s hard to read… you might want to just listen to the audio [at 6:36]):
"You know what... that right there [The Voting Rights Act] is really a real reason to name an album N*gger. If you have to sit down and have a meeting with your folks about can this certain ethnic group vote... I mean, wow that's like amazing. So when I had saw Bush recently had wrote a bill in the name of like, I think it was like Rosa Parks-- I didn't check it out that much I just saw it passively. And when it said something about Rosa Park's name, Coretta Scott [King’s] name in a bill that he... 'cause our time to vote was up, somethin like that? And I thought that was crazy. Like wow, like word? So when [Bush] gave us an extension, he didn't just abolish it... he [didn't say'] 'that was stupid. That was a law hundreds years ago, this is a different day, that's abolished.' Nah he didn't say that. He said 'Well Ima give you n*ggas 25 more years to vote, and then we'll have to come together and decide if we gonna allow ya'll to vote again.'"
Although I think Nas has it a little off, I see where he's coming from. What makes the most sense to me is "he gave us an extension, he didn't just abolish it" -- like I had said last week. Why keep allowing an extension instead of making it permanent? But would you expect more from Bush?
Still, up until this interview, I think Nas had been oblivious to the proper term "Voting Rights Act." And I also think he's kind of clueless to the fact that they've renewed this Act a few times already. And this "bill Bush had recently written in the name of Parks and Scott" he spoke of was the Public Law 109-246, the Fannie Lou Hamer, Rosa Parks, and Coretta Scott King Voting Rights Act Reauthorization and Amendments Act of 2006.
Cormega f/ Styles P - "Mad Clips"
Another hard, New York City-style collabo. I promise… I’m going to compile all the hard collaborations I’ve seen Styles do in the past few months and make it a blog. We’ve got AZ, Styles, and Large Professor; Ghostface, Styles, and Beans; Beans and Styles; Cormega and Styles, and let me run it back to see what else I can find.
NYC needs to keep this up. It’s time to stop trying to make music for the mainstream and go back to SQUARE ONE: the streets.

@Reckless
Since when did you become suck an expert in politics?? Shut your dumb ass up and keep writing this piece of shit blog.
THIS CORMEGA & STYLES SHIT IS THE TYPE OF $HIT WE BEEN MISSING

@agnostic
nigga shut the fuck up. just come out and tell the truth: you don't like nas. alright we get it, but damn! let that man do him! for the past coupla weeks, all niggas been doin is comin on sohh just to shit on nas. actin like what nas doin is so fucked up, but nobody says shit when dave chappelle on his show talkin about niggas all day long. y'all love that shit. boondocks talkin bout nigga this and nigga that but nobody say a word. they got a mothafucka over at sohh atlanta talkin bout white niggas and callin black people niggas on the daily and nobody says nothin, that shit is funny to y'all. news flash niggas! white people watch chappelle's show, white people watch the boondocks and they damn sho be on sohh.com callin y'all niggas to y'all face. so stop actin like nas is offendin y'all, becuz we loved nwa, we loved ol dirty bastard and jigga my nigga was the jam. let that nigga nas teach y'all some shit. and by the way, if nas wanted to start some controversy just to sell records, there are a lot of easier ways to go about it, he can just start a fake beef like 50 cent and jim jones does. matter of fact i'm just so sick of y'all hatin ass, fake ass, holier than thou ass niggas, man fuck y'all. if you niggas didn't appreciate if i ruled the world, what goes around, heaven, black girl lost, made you look, i can, the whole lost tapes joint or the whole hip hop is dead joint then just shut the fuck up. 'cause y'all not even up to speed on nas anyway so why you even speakin on what he doin or tryna do? but y'all so intent on callin the man a fraud, y'all soundin real al sharpton right about now. blame the south all y'all want, but y'all the reason hip hop is dyin. 'cause y'all tryna censor the art, b'cuz you find yourself offended even tho you ain't even heard the album yet. that's so not intelligent it's not even funny...but nas is the fraud right? fuck y'all. if you don't like nas, fine. if you don't think nas is the greatest, that's fine too, but don't shit on the man for everything he tryna do. you say his good intentions is fuckin up shit...what about yours?
well we have nas with the nigger album droping soon. i like to hear it and see what its about. i think older people need to understand younger people took a word like nigger and made it so it means a way to great people like "yo thats my nigger" or "whats up my nigger". insted og useing it as a racist slur younger people transform it into a good word. the word is allways gonna be around so you mightaswell make it into something good.i think older people need to listen and respect us.and understand 2008. like the word "crib" use to mean whore house now it means just house. like the word pimp. use and still does mean a person who owns hookers. but we change the word pimp into meaning makeing things better or a person or thing thats just cool. like if i would to say "yo those shoes are pimp. or mtv pimp my ride make my ride better. changeing the word nigger into something good is good not bad its almost like changeing a gun into something that can save peoples lives.only people wineing about the nigger album is older people.its like we change something thats bad and we make it good. i think someone needs to xplain to these older people. as for gun shooting and drugs in the hood and people dieing in the hood is a hole dif story.it shouldent happend and they need to stop the crazy shiit in the hood and make poor people stop haveing so many damn kids. if your poor in the hood dont look at the goverment look at the people who brug you here your mom and if you can find him your dad.their the reason why your poor and live in the hood.1
cracker cracker cracker... e-thuggin it.
I said it before and I'll say it again Nas' album is never coming out with that title. He may leak it on the Net but DJ will never release it.
From the time the real regime left Def Jam and went to Warner Def Jam was finished. Jay being president was just a ploy because he had no real power and besides it didn't work which is why his contract wasn't renewed. Nas knows Def Jam is the Titanic. Once again he's in a bad situation which is the story of his career. His move to DJ did buy him some time but now he has to confront the same issues he's always had to deal with.
The more I look at Nas's move the more I hope this Nigger controversy is just a play to get off the label. If that's the case and it works I'll have to give him his props. It may be a lil late in the game for him to really benefit from gaining his "freedom" though. If that's not the case and he really believes the foolishness he's been spitting then I'd have to question not only his intellect but his state of mind.
agnostic go listen to Soulja Boy....u seem jealous of Nas, u have to write a whole chapter on why u dont like the dude? damn u secretly like Nas
Agnostic....did Nas reject youre homosexual advances? you seem obsessed with disliking him?
Sooooo over the whole Nas thing. Why flatter his ignorance? All I will say is: Nasir, education and reading is a must."So when I had saw Bush recently had wrote a bill".......??? Its "written" sweety. smh. I hope he is not teaching his daughter to become an ignorant n*gger like her daddy.
Shout out to my boy Cormega for reppin Yonkers.
also i wanna say sorry i spelled a few thing wrong on my last comment but imma leave you with this .its all about money. poor is the new black and white is the new rich .you know how a lot of blacks and hispanics get treated unfair well now and for a long time the poor is getting treated unfair.oj gets away with shiit hes rich,r kelly fucs 14 year old girls he gets away with shiit. a poor person of any colar does something wrong he gets the book thrown at him.if your rich no matter what colar you are it means your white ,if you poor no matter what colar you are it means your black.poor whites and blacks get treated the same 75 percent of the time. rich people weatherblacks or white get treated the same 75 percent of the time.why does a richer lawyer do better than a more poor lawyer?????. thats not equal. and its very unfair.we talk about blacks getting treated bad???? no its the poor that are getting treated unfair.and a lot og blacks happend to be poor. but on the flip side a lot of blacks are also rich.what does a more richer lawyer say to a judge that a more poor lawyer cant say??? how come rich people get away wit murder but not the poor.its all about money now.the rich lawyers pay the judges under the tabel to get their client off. thats what happends.and as for the middel class its 50/50 chance of anything. a rich person gets caught with coke, a gun,and all types of stuff and he just gets a fine. a poor percent does that he gets 2 years. im not dissing rich people but the law favors them like a mother fucker.i think we need some one too step up and let this to be known too congress. oh wait congress is too busy worrying about what baseball player is on roids. go figuar.
Nas is wack. He has the worst lyrical flow. It seems like ever since 2003 he fell off. Nas is irrelevant.
NORTH DAKOTA STAND UP!!!!
This cormega and styles song is supposed to bring NY back ?? This song is horrible..The hook is the worst i've ever heard..Styles doesn't even come hard like her normally does.."I blackout like the lights off" ?? I know u feenin for NY to come back on top,but this aint it
REAL TALK IN THE HIZZOUUUUUUUSE

Once again you ignorant fucks and niggers like Nas, BLACKS HAVE HAD THE RIGHT TO VOTE SINCE THE 1800's because of the 15 AMENDMENT (before white women). The 1965 thing has NOTHING to do with blacks being able to vote. The 1965 law ABOLISHED the rules that to vote you had to be able to read. Redneck towns used that loophole to stop blacks from voting. If you can't read in this day and age, you don't deserve to vote. SEE HERE

That Styles and Mega song is mad old like October or November old, but props on the video.......
and lmaooo@you stupid fucks failing to realize nas was a 9th grade drop-out and at times has a very incoherent way of expressing himself "politically" correct...but his logic of the situation is clearly understood....
oh yeah and to you fake ass slacktivists who suddenly thought the word "nigger" was bad after Nas named his album that, NIGGA get da fuck outta here........
for all yall talkin about nas can't rap anymore and this is a publicity stunt.. shut the fuck up.. nas was just trying to educate the youth...but it looks like he did not not fully research this issue (Thanks real talk)
Tight blog, all these joints w/Styles is a excellent look & u need 2 compile these shits 4 real, fuck the mainstream that shit was never real hiphops place anyway, i love(d) rap city but the revolution will not be televised.
on that Nas shit, for real fuck all u sayin nas is wack, publicity stunt, etc. i wish u could show me a rapper w/a catalog that can come anywhere near the depth of nas'. haters fall back, if this was some old head nigga that yall like, like KRS-1 or some shit, u all would be giving it mega props.
SO YOU HATE ON G-UNIT & JAY-Z & NAS, BUT SUPPORT CORMEGA, STYLES P, & RUNAWAY LOVE AKA SAIGON? LMAO UR A DILUSIONAL MAN
Beans isn't from NY, in that case, I guess if you're gonna talk about hardcord East Coast collabos featuring Styles P. you better add the one with Black Thought - "cause I'm black", which is fire.
NAS IS A SMART DUDE HE'LL FIND AWAY
Nas was only signed to Def Jam for two albums anyway. So it's not like he has some big contract to fulfill. So on the business end, he's not hurting or trying to rally to get off the label. Moving on. All I want to know is, why is everybody so against Nas making a statement? Maybe with the whole Nigger album/cotroversey, did you ever think that maybe that's how he feels right now. Everything ain't a publicity stunt or a cry for attention. To say the least, I'm proud of Nas right now. Not many rappers are trying to make statements or stand for something anymore. I'm not saying Nas is some holier than thou, rightious type dude. He even said himself he's not (although you fans take Hip Hop the rappers too literally). But in Hip Hop, where are the leaders right now? Everybody is concerning themselves with things that don't even matter. The world is in a sad state right now, but what do you see these rappers doing? Partying, drinking, money, the girls ect....so at least somebody is trying to say something other than life is at the club 24/7.
ok dumb fuck, that Wikipedia link clearly states that the Act can be altered all throughout the existence of the Act as long as it's Section 5'd or gets declatory Judgement, Nas isn't talking bout losing the right to vote in 2008, he's talking about losing the right to vote in the future due to the section 5 loophole and obviously growing racial tension in the world.........
that's why he spoke out against it's abolishment of the whole 25yr renewal process, because in 25yrs, a shitload of things can happen which may cause that document to be legally altered like the 414,000+ times that link documents it has been requested to be changed
way to go buddy
FUCK SPIDER JOKE
Stop the bullshit. If you like Nas' music, then you like it, but stop saying he's smart. This dude doesn't even speak coherently (that means express himself by making actual sense) and half of the shit he says is iwrong or ignorant. He makes black people look BAD and you make us look worse by backing up anything he says.
-
He's a walking publicity stunt. He's a gimmick. He rapped that shoot em up shit (and still does) but when his album sales dropped, he turned into I love Africa, then when that stopped working, he used hip hop is dead and now this nigger shit. Stop being stupid all your lives.
Quick post them I'm out. All of you commenting here need to listen to the entire feed before you shit on Nas. I thought it was a fair argument last week when some of you weren't clear on his red carpet responses. Now, he's clarified a lot of positions. Maybe it wasn't the clearest of explanations but at least it wasn't rehearsed. I am looking forward to this project. Don't just sit here and read Reckless excerpts from the interview. Take the time, listen to the feed then make your decision. This project to me is very interesting and I expect him to deliver.

You're fucking retarded. I sent you a link to the exact laws and you still can't understand it?
-
Listen up, the voting act from 1965 is PERMENANT. Even though it isn't needed anymore, even if a simple bastard like yourself cannot read, you can still vote. The parts that are temporary are parts that says the feds have to give approval when some southern states try to modify their local voting structure (like the location of the voting booths).
-
Now pay attention. The 15th amendment guarantees blacks can vote FOREVER and this was done in the 1800s. Do you understand that? Did you read it clearly this time? It's two seperate things and NEITHER of them have to do with stopping you from voting.
Sinastah you look mad stupid son lmaoooooo how the fuck did you not read that shit correctly?
Nas' fans are waiting for this album and if DJ alters the name, it will be a direct assault on artist's creative expression and then it will officially end its legacy of a true hiphop label. Who else of his career status is speaking on topics of this nature? LOL @ the criticisms of those who obviously haven't ingested the depth of some of Nas previous work, you lost. Checking grammar and what not, so I guess his previous album should have been titled "It Was Wrote," right? He was speaking in past tense about Bush's actions, fall back! Agnostic gets half a bar, save that useless animosity, be quiet and just dont buy the record. Its that simple.
Doesnt realize hes so ignorant and so in love with the image nas projects that he looks stupid. Nas puts 1 "i know i can" song on each album and the rest is murder murder kill kill shit and he has done absolutely nothing for black people. He hasnt donated a red fucking penny. 50 cent donates more than Nas makes.
Nas is an idoit. I thought he was going to b on some real grown man type stuff. Dat dude iggnant and phuck his wife. Dude came over here talkin greasy about some bullshit. FUCK NAS!!!! He had his gangsta persona taken from him back in 03. What ever happen to the bullshit Nas used to put out? Like Shoot em up. Dat was that real bullshit music to the fullest! Fuck Nas he is irrelevant to hip hop.
NORTH DAKOTA STAND P!
Hey G-Unit Killer. You better walk light bitch you could fall into a man hole with all that side talk. Spider my nigga G-Unit Crip all day Bitch fuck the 5. slob ass bitches

i co-sign
1st thing first i'll give credit where credit is dude and this is a good post reckless. and i see u heard the crys of the people to have more then 1 topic, lol.
--
but word up im not a nas fan like that i always been a jay fan and thats the side i rocks with so i didnt want to go deeeeep in the topic but at the same time if u listen to the whole interview what nas is saying is type true.
---
as much as i dont think u can change a word that was not created by us, but at the same time i rocks with what he trying to do. i dont agree with the promotion of the album but as an artist a artist ALWAYS do stuff thats controversal and pushing the envelope, right? there are people that would pour pink dye in a lake or river for breast cancer awareness and shit like that, or the artist that had that shit in central park, so as a artist i cant see what wrong in what he doing.
nas gives some dumb ass interviews but this one wasnt as bad as reckless made it out to be.
-----
im still drunk from last night so if this dont make sense my bad
everybody think nas is this super political genius... this nigga was political and smart when it was in the climate of the industry to make him money... that nigga sold his soul on his last 3 albums before god's son.... also voting don't mean shit....the elite prop up the presidential canidates, and make us think we have a choice... we've had the same families lurking around the white house since the Nixon era!!!!!!! we as a people must take this country back by revolution. And by educating ourselves about this oligarchy we call america... so Nas, STFU!!!! and ya'll stop all the dicc rydin and use ya own brain, formulate ya own ideas, because the people we are being oppressed by, write these niggaz checcs!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh yeah, that MEGA and STYLES jon.... is that sheeeeeiiiitttttt... Q borrough and Yonkers stand up.
FUCK NIGGER NAS, HE'S JUST TRYINA SELL RECORDS CAUSE AINT NOONE BUYIN THEM STEVE MADDEN ASS STREETS DISCIPLES SHOES. THEY'RE MORE HORRIBLE THAN THAT ALBUM WAS. TRYINA ACT ALL ENLIGHTENED AND YOU GOT YOUR FLAT ASSED WIFEY LOOKIN LIKE A 2 DOLLAR HOOKER AT THE GRAMMYS WITH NIGGER ACROSS HER BACK. WE'RE ALL A BUNCHA NIGGERS HUH NAS? NAW YOU'S A FUCKIN GIMMICKS ASS OLD HEAD TRYINA HANG ON TO YOUR CAREER, LOSER.
YOU CALL THAT VIDEO HOT? YOU JUST STAY ON BROKE RAPPERS DICKS, CAUSE NONE OF THE REAL MONEY MAKERS WANT NONE OF YOUR IDUSTRY RAN THRU SCUM CUNT. (WHATAP SIC!) YOU'RE A FUCKIN CUM DUMPSTER AND YOU KNOW IT BITCH, BESIDES BEANS IS FROM PHILLY YOU DUMB WHORE. KILL YOURSELF!
You right ^^^^, I am ignorant, ignorant of those who can dispel an album's concept, before hearing one fucking track on it. I wear a nigger t-shirt everyday with no writing on it, you think you not a nigger to some of these (not just white) folk out here? You embarrassed by Nas? Then you are weak and depend on others to define your identity. I know some white guys who call each other nigger relentlessly, but respectfully wont address me as such, I find it hilarious. A word literally is just air and vibration without any emotional intent if you really want to see a racist cracker turn beet red? Call him a nigger.

THANK YOU!!! Would you please hurry up and do that Styles P blog! I'm from The South and I am tired of The South catching flack for doing nothing more than being who we are. ITS UPTOP THAT NEEDS TO STOP KILLING HIP-HOP. They need to get back to doing NY shit and stop blaming The South for killing hip-hop and then doing a total 360 and making records that sound like South records(hmmm 50, Fat Joe, Dipset)...Cormega is one of those NY artist with integrity still left so is AZ, Beans and Ghost. So if D-Block and Styles could ever sitdown and learn the politics they could potentially put NY hip-hop where it needs to be!
Wow,another south fag gettin irritated when a new york dude or any real hiphop listener from anywhere starts talkin that hiphop is dead talk...and the funny thing is,I didn't even mention the south...this just goes to show that some of u know that your cooning for a dollar, and that goes to the northeastern rappers also, with there r&b rap and glorification of immorality, sellin drugs, and goin to jail...you thought you was making a point by naming blacks who use the N word and how whites and blacks love it,but all u did was confirm how sick we are,and how marcus garvey,MLk,adam clayton powell, booker T. Washington, etc. are rolling in there graves now...u also forgot to mention that us using and accepting derogatory terms created the climate that made Don imus feel like it was ok to call our women nappy headed hoez and blame it on rap, lol, did u think that was ok too? Dave chappelle said that one of the reasons why he quit was because he started feeling like whites was laughin at black people and not with us.you said stop shittin on what nas is tryna do..what is he tryna do???you can talk about racism and injustice without disrespecting the fallen soldiers who died for this shit.how come he didn't name his album cracker jew??? Because he knows other people don't take disrespect like we do,and the record label heads(some of whom are jew)would have shut that record down!,hell, jews don't even let the word "jew" fly on rap records, but they'll aid and abbed us callin ourselves N words and actin the fool...wow,how does that make u feel? That alone made me wanna stop using the word...and for your information, nas is one of my favorite rappers, which is why I'm familiar with the moves he makes and how he makes them, which is why I see through this whole puttin the N word on front of everything ploy, the hiphop is dead ploy, the nastradomous ploy posing as a fake prophet on the cover, the I am ploy posing as king tut on the cover, the hate me now ploy trying to nail himself on the cross, lol,on and on and on...I'm also familiar with him not puttin anything out hot since stillmatic and the lost tapes...how Come I can't like a rapper without disagreeing with something he does?? Some of u have these rapper dicks shoved so far down your throats that u go along with everything they do and say and go to war on behalf of the rapper if someone disagrees with him...get a life...nas doesn't care about you! For example:R.kelly can urinate on a minor and u people still support him,buy his cd's,and rappers still hop on tracks with him, wow, sick shit man....
Ok Nas worshippers, I'll ask simple questions.
-
1) If Nas is trying to educate, why name his album nigger instead of traveling around the country FOR FREE and trying to start a movement or a debate?
-
2) If Nas cares about blacks and not money, why is he charging you $13 for his "knowledge" aka a cd full of regular music every rapper gives out? Why doesn't he give it away for free? Mixtape or reg album, they all cost $1 to make. He can afford to give it away for free like Camron did.
-
3) You all claim Nas is smart, how did you come to this conclusion? Just because he rapped about Africa in I know I can? This man is not smart at all other than running gimmicks but he isn't good enough or he'd sell more. You can't name ONE example of him proving he's smart in any capacity.
-
4) Why does his own brother, own father, own childhood friends, bravehearts all say he's a con man and he just tries to act a certain way for the camera if it's not true?
Peace...even if nas was correct, and sounded like he knows what he's talkin about, what does that have to do with him puttin the N word on the front Cover of the album and tshirts and parading it at the grammys???you can make your point without the publicity stuntin at the expense of black People..how does it feel to know that those crackers that run hiphop would love to aid nas and his irrational fake movements just to spite those of us blacks that don't like the idea of the N word getting thrown around and exploited for attention...but they don't want no drama,al and jesse is gonna be on this...
I CANT WAIT TO GET MY NIGGER T-SHIRT.
FINALLY, NAS HAS FREED US WIGGER HIPSTERS! YOU HEARD NAS, WE'RE ALL NIGGERS NOW!
SO WHATAP MY NIGGERS?
lol @ "nas worshipper" REAL TALK man shut the fuck up, u play urself every time u write something.
Real Talk, the answers to 1 and 2 is music is Nas job, how many times you went to work for free? As for 3, the fact you only name I Can as the only record proves to me that I need not waste time defending the social content of many Nas songs. #4, sounds like gossip to me, I think you should cite some sources. Yes I am a southern dwelling, Nas supporter, however I worship God brah. No wonder East coast stay losin, because artists that get regional respect get slandered by east coast listeners. Some of you talk too much and too loud about things that are personal (the mans wife, education, age ect.) and not related to the music. BTW, dead that sharpton and jackson shit, them niggas need to see a check before they make a move.
Wow, today is crazy in here because the high schools are out.
I am going to address agnostic.
First thing first: Nas did sound horrible at the Grammys. He is my dude but truth is truth. I had never seen him present “himself†like that before. It was absolutely brutal. However, when he speaks from his heart about the project then the rationale for the album makes more sense. I mean from my perspective one of the better ways to get people to move is to shock and anger them. I heard another interview of Nas the other day (since the Grammys) and his reasoning and logic had much more clarity and logic to it. This is because he was not speaking from a politically-correct and really a disingenuous standpoint but from the heart. I think to be successful at really getting some real mileage out of the project (not sales- Fuck sales- I’m tired everyone chasing units sold) that he must throw the “politically-I don’t want to offend anyone†shit out of the window and speak from a historical perspective of the word. He should first talk about the origin of the word. Nigger is really a derivative of another word that has a different meaning. He needs to break that down. He needs to talk about its historical and contemporary significance. He needs to talk about its racist and colloquial application as used by Blacks and whites. He needs to talk about Katirna and how our people were perceived and treated like niggers. He needs to talk about the contrast of a Black man and woman and a Nigger. He could take the topic and get some real mileage out of it. He has to plan and design it well and then speak from the heart. If he does that then he has a shot at completing a project that can take it rightful place next to PE’s “It takes a nation of Millions to hold back.â€
And the grammy goes to...drum roll..... Nas NIGGERRRRRR... LMFAO...
YO MY NIGGAS, YALL HEARD ABOUT MY NIGGA NAS CALLIN HIS ALBUM NIGGER? HE WENT TO THE BET AWARDS AND PUT ALL US WHITEBOYS ON CAUSE WE ALL NIGGERS NOW. YOU ALL MY NIGGERS CUZ!
Real Talk you retard,
i never said that Blacks couldn't vote forever, if you can comprehend i spoke on the Section 5 discrepancy of the act Retard, (you know the part that is the reason for it needing to be resigned in the first place), stating, that it is that Section which is at risk of alteration and can be used in the advantage of the wrong persons of power!
nobody said shit about blacks not being able to vote, i simply said that rule can be altered against blacks, maybe you should read up on the Gerrymander link provided in that article and research....
