A) It’s been years since Joe’s even seen the Bronx Riverâ€"let alone The Bronx. B) Will he cut your testicles before or after he willingly cooperates with police?
I know all of these rappers fabricate. But at least most rappers who give the police info are careful to not be documented.
That’s what I find so funny about this clip. The art is photoshopped, obviously. But I remember reading this story.
Of course I'm not knocking Joe for keeping himself out of jail. But still, this is not gangster, Mr. Cartagena. Not gangster at all.

Your wrong Mr. Drake. To get a murder conviction you don't always need a witness to testify. There's these things called evidence (finger prints, murder weapon, DNA) and confessions.
Being directly involved with the legal system I've seen a lot. Niggas in the hood is always solving the case for Police without any real Police work being done. For real for real niggas should be getting a check from the Police department as much snitching they do.
Now I'm not saying Fat Joe snitch or didn't snitch. I'm just saying that cases get solved like this all the time without witnesses testifying in court. In most cases the snitch hands the Police the case on a silver platter. All the Police do is question the main suspect and 90% of the time the suspect snitches on themselves. Now if it wasn't for the snitch the Police would never have a clue on to who the perpetrator actually is.
