Styles P had one hot album his whole career and since then he fell off hard. This man basically sucks. He used to be better than Jada now Jada is the face of D-block which sucks. Jada's whole career the only hit songs he had used sample beats, sampled lyrics or had a hook on it already. I've never actually heard him say a hot punchline either. It's okay fam, before I got done in, I had a meeting with my label and they straight up told me I was a wack rapper B. They was saying that a wack nigga like me is only going to nothing more than a weed carrier. I was cool with that, but you know I was still living with mom dukes in her Efficiency.
They said they I was never going to release any of my shit unitl I was dead. Then they showed me how much money Biggie and Pac was making after they died. Yo I got 2 agree with hate he was kind of right. The south is putting out flops. The east shows does show discrimination toward the south, but the south does the same thing. The south quick to call east coast rappers back pack rappers or in ti case.... egyptian rappers... but when u got common selling more than all the southern artist who are on the radio heavy it shows that people want decent albums they can identify with. I'm from the west coast, but lived in fla for 3 years and now I reside in va so I been everywhere so I know what's going on. I like the south and east, but I'm telling you this music shit is going back to substance. Kanye wouldn't have beat 50 cent 3 years ago with the same exact albums that came out a few weeks ago. A lot of the music is good for the clubs that come from the south, but the albums don't do well. I mean of course I'm not talking about the WHOLE south not outkast, ti, luda, cham. And ny does hate, I remeber when they didn't like the west in 1990's cuz the west was killing it. Now they kind of block the west out, but ny and southern rappers are claiming colors now a la wayne and dipset. They aint no bangers man go to east oakland, watts, compton, nickerson gardens and tell them you real bloods and they gone get at you. That's nothing to glorify especially if you aint from the situation. What the artist don't realize is if all coast link up and artist unite hip-hop would be a force and the money would really roll in. And radio should take it back to the 90's and play substance music on the airwaves also. Kids can't even keep up with common and lupe, that not a good thing. When I was a kid... we could keep up with nas, 2pac, and the countless complicated rappers. Its time for a change the stupidness and killing on wax is gettin played, how many ways can you kill on a album?

Nas and Jay was in their lanes before the battle, that just displayed their lyrical prowess since they were the 2 best mainstream artists at that point so it was only right to battle each other. And no real legend is made one on their first album. As much celebrity-ism that's out their now people expect you to be king after your first album. You see the star potential in someone's first project then after that they should continually show growth ala Jay and Nas.

How did this turn into an East vs South arguement? Last time I looked, this blog was about 3 rappers who were releasing their albums on the same day. It had nothing to do wih region or who hates who. The only people that hate are the fans. It has nothing to do with no East vs South, or any rappers hating anything. It's you guys that are fighting this silly regional BS.
Anyway, back to the subject. I'm picking up all three albums. Because I support quality music. I've been a long time Lox/D Block head, so I'll definately pick up Styles new joint. I nkow he's going to make up for what Time Is Money being messed up. I'm sure he's going to bring some heat. Saigon has a big chance to be the best rookie start up of the year.
