Nas Coerces O'Reilly to Condemn Racism during Racist Comment Fiasco, Hov Responds to Cool J + Hov's Album Cover

"I think that black Americans are starting to think for themselves."

Bill O'Reilly had dinner in Harlem's Sylvia's restaurant with Rev. Al Sharpton around the time Don Imus got fired for calling some black chicks "nappy-headed." And for the record, Sylvia's is a piece of sh*t. Since it's been around for over 40 years, people expect this out-of-the-ordinary, magnificent, authentic kind of soul food. Take a trip to the kitchen and you'll see a bunch of empty canned goods and maybe a rat or two.

With that said, it's not the restaurant's food that was mentioned, but the people in the restuarant. In addition to the quote above, this what O'Reilly said this time:

"I couldn't get over the fact that there was no difference between Sylvia's restaurant and any other restaurant in New York City," said O'Reilly on the Sept. 19 edition of his nationally syndicated radio show. "There wasn't one person in Sylvia's who [was] screaming, 'M-Fer, I want more iced tea.' [It] was like going into an Italian restaurant in an all-white suburb in the sense that people were sitting there, and they were ordering and having fun. And there wasn't any kind of craziness at all."

I totally dismissed this CNN fool's arguments. Anyone who is a fan of O'Reilly is not credible when it comes to discussing issues of race. So as for O'Reilly, what are you saying? Italians have never carried out hits for the mafia? Suburban Meth addicts don't sell their piss to Meth chemists? Italians, by the way, have been portrayed as racist in many films. So what's with the choice of comparison here? That's a rhetorical question: it doesn't matter; suburban whites are "better" than inner-city blacks.

In his defense, O'Reilly told the Associated Press:

"If you listened to the full hour, it was a criticism of racism on the part of white Americans who are ignorant of the fact that there is no difference between white and black anymore. Circumstances may be different in their lives, but we're all Americans. Anyone who would be offended by that conversation would have to be looking to be offended."

Wow. I guess Nas really got under his skin; suddenly he wants to denounce racism. But it's not like he really meant it. And only a true racist would say that "there is no difference between black and white anymore."

In response to LL's little on-camera rampage, Hov told Hot 97's Angie Martinez (via Miss Info):

"I'll be honest if I wanted to go there I just really go all the way out there. But I got respect [LL Cool J] did a lot of things. I don't like the way he's carrying it cause we coulda definitely talked about this. Or he coulda gave me a phone call... but I respect him as a legend in the game and he's gonna get a couple passes because of that."
Apparently, Jay called himself the G.O.A.T and this is what threw a fresh grain of salt onto Fool J's shoulders. But whatever the case, I just know that Hov better not come with no bullsh*t Kingdom Come Pt II.

And here is the American Gangster album cover that's most likely been photo shopped. But it looks hot. It reminds me of The Blueprint cover art for some reason though:
