After her 2003 release of The Diary of Alicia Keys, the Harlem songwriter and painist is finally back. This is the official lead single, "No One," coming from her 3rd album As I Am, which is slated for release November 13th. Not sure if this sounds like the "Fallin" and "You Don't Know My Name" that a lot of us love. And ignore the corny sounding DJ at the end.
It seems that after such a long break, she would be coming with that fiyah-- not something that has to grow on you after the first few listens. As you can see, I'm kind of skeptical about this single, though I'd love to see Keys enjoy the same amount of success as she did on her last two-- with the first album being the most fruitful, of course.

I heard that Alicia Keys for the first time on the radio last night. I have to say, this single is NO WHERE NERE "Falling" and "You Don't Know My Name". I was feeling those after the first time i heard them. With this single, at first i didn't even recognize her. It's probably one of those songs that's gonna grow on me like John Legend's "Save Room". Regardless, i'm buying it. I'm a loyal A-Keys fan for real.
