After what seemed like an endless spiral down the road of frustration, album set-backs, (ignored) dis tracks, and so on and so forth, the kid Styles P has finally been set free. It's too bad that his farewell was a flopped album. Totally unnecessary.
So what's next for Kiss?
Last time we checked (April 2006), Kiss was talking about a joint deal and was hinting that he was two seconds shy of taking the exit:
"After all that beef with 50 and all of that, I'm in negotiations right now with Interscope and Ruff Ryders. I been doing some light work, but I'm keeping it underground. They gotta pay me or let me go get paid."
That's old news, a lot has changed, and it's 2007 and that rumored fourth quarter album never surfaced; nobody really knows what Jadakiss is doing now. Some say he's looking at Def, others say he's dealing with Sasso Records. The problem with Sasso is that they're indie, and Kiss has proven that he's way beyond independent status. But whatever he choses and when, the streets want another full-length LP. And soon.
1st Kiss needs to make good music when you make good music people will come. The streets do NOT buy music...They take music so shouldn't worry about them...The streets will always eat...Don't forget he is the mixtape king...

I heard the styles album and besides all the songs i heard 2yrs ago on mixtapes, it sucks. "time is money" was doomed to flop unless it was released back then. "can you beleive it" is the only song that would have gotten national spin.

I never heard of them either.
1. Styles P never sold millions of records from jump. So why is anyone talking about his numbers or what he sold. He's never been a sales type of rapper.
2. 50 did not stop or destroy his career. Why do gullable fans believe that? Again, they always had problems with majors (especially with not knowing how to market a guy like Styles P). On top of that, they never sold mills of records from jump. So what did 50 or anybody stop?
3. Maybe he doesn't need to go to another major. They never worked for them. It's good that he goes Indie, it's not like he isn't established or anything.
Lastly, being that Time Is Money was held back and butchered up so long, you can't expect the same album from 2 years ago. After all of that. I'm pretty sure he got it put out so he could leave Interscope. They weren't doing nothing for him no way. If a label is not giving you the attention you dserve as an artist, why stay?
BTW, Jada is working on a new album. I hope he get another plat album. Just to prove evrybody wrong again. You can say whatever you want, but never count nobody out. That includes Styles P.
