UNCLE REMUS: Chicago don't mess with no sub par chicken .You can find a chicken joint on just about every other corner. None got Uncle Remus beat tho. It’s a walk up/pick up spot on da West Side. The sauce is what do it. I'll drive down there after a session at stu or a night out at da club to grab a fiya 6 peice wit Mild Sauce and I'm good to go.If I know I'm comin home late I'll grab a pan for da mob and max before and after I do what I do. Its that serious. My boys from Houston came up and grabbed a six peice. After they was finished we had to make that 15 minute drive back over to there to grab some more. Whenever they come up here, the first thing we do is hit the chicken spot, joe. Chicago know what I'm talkin bout. Uncle Ree-Ree got it on lock.
