Joey Fingaz from Clevland, OH

Name: Joey Fingaz
Favorite Spot: Spy Bar
Reppin: Cleveland, Ohio

Cleveland has a lot of little neighborhood bars that people go to but the spot everyone comes to is West 6th street. Friday night is the highlight though cause Spy Bar jumps and you know the League Crew is always in there cause Mick Boogie holds down the Turntables all night.

Spy is cool but it ain't what it used to be. They started letting anybody in there so there's a lot of raggedy looking people in there. The club is live though with a nice atmosphere. 2 floors, 2 djs and vip. You usually have Mick Boogie upstairs and G Spot downstairs who are both pretty well known and do a good job. Spy could come back up if they enforced the dress code. Its a shame to let a club that nice go to waste. Cleveland has very few nice clubs that want to do the hip hop thing. Neighborhood bars are cool but we all know the drama that can bring sometimes. If you want a slightly more grown up feel go to the Sunset lounge on Fridays. Its about a block away from the Spy. Joey Fingaz is a young buck but I'm glad someone has a voice to represent on some Cleveland ish.

Yo, did Club Lucics/Kaos switch back to a hip hop format? big ups to Joey Fingaz!!

Posted by: bmoore at September 20, 2006 7:25 PM

All clubs in Cleveland are garbage. Mick Boogie is makin noise when he plays what he feels. However, working in some of these clubs forces him to play top 40. Touch is raw when Mick Boogie is there. But he is not from the Hood nor is Joey Fingaz. DJ Seven is from the slums and he reps on the turntables. Said over and over again Sales doesn't reflect real
