Yo, VA got a lot of hot places, I don't kno what part of VA he is actually from, but I kno we got Places 2 have a good time at in all of the 7Cities, plus up in Richmond, & up at the colleges JMU, GMU, etc... Va Beach has the strip, where every goes when its nice outside at night time, you can go to the clubs out there, believe there's always something to do there, any night of the week... same 4 the rest of the 7, but this dude must b grindin, i mean, different strokes 4 different folks, but VA do got a lot more 2 offer besides the park bench... I don't really think that you're qualified to make that comment, if your visits to VA are rare, and you are listening to the news about what MS-13 did in Northern VA a few years back. Gangs are everywhere, especially in major cities. MS-13 is a large, Latino gang that originated in South America. But they pose no major threat. The only incident that made headlines was when they stabbed that police informant to death. Although, that incident did entice the government to enact new laws and stiff penalties for gangs members and gang-related violence. They also created Gang Intelligence Agencies, to combat local and nationwide gangs from spreading in VA and reaking havoc.

Now to comment on J'Sar's favorite spot. I think that he chose the park bench, because he smokes weed and raps there, without a large amount of police presence. Of course, he couldn't just come out and say it, because that would be incriminating. So I'm guessing his comment sounds rather vague for that reason. Now I'm from Richmond, central VA, and that's how I interpreted his comments. So, if he actually meant something else, then he is DEFINITELY not from here.
