Keep in mind, this is post-Katrina where all the other normal spots are still shut down.I was down there for Christmas, and the city is only functioning at 25%.And yes, "Dakery" is misspelled, but so what?

The place is actually called New Orleans Original Daiquiris, but everybody in New Orleans just call it/them The Daiquiri Shop (there are plenty all over the city...I've never seen anyone attempt to spell it the before-mentioned way.

And don't get it twisted, Regina, some of those daiquiris are pretty strong with a number of them being made with 180 proof liquors; some of them are far from "bitch drinks".

Pistol4pistol, believe it or not it is really a chill spot and doesn't cause much trouble. Most of tyhe trouble doesn't even happen on st charles.
