I have until Valentine's Day to file a law suit where I was maliciously prosecuted. I was never questioned, and I never gave a statement over the course of two years. I was jailed 90 d days... and then finally went to trial facing up to life imprisonment for a crime I didn't commit. When I finally went to trial the victims did everything they could to make sure the judge knew I was innocent. I was cleared by a directed verdict(special instructions by the judge declaring that I was acquitted).

I don't know what I can do to receive restitution for this... but I hope this case will shed light.
