man, reading all this stuff get's me to thinking. I've worked in a lot of places where we would joke around and stuff, and being that we are all adults maybe the jokes sometimes would be of a sexual nature. I'm just wondering if maybe some of this stuff was said when they were all cool and it was just playing around at work and now that they not on good terms, they want to come back and try to sue. I would never say anybody is lying about sexual harrassment, but it just seems like if ALL that stuff was going on, then why would you continue to work there that long? Personally, I can't work in a place where I feel uncomfortable, I would have found another grind.

I'm not the type to harass a woman but sometimes females can lead you on. It gets confusing at times. Yall have to get educated on this sexual harassment law real quick are you will find your self in some serious shit. According to the law if they did any of the stuff that they are said to have done they are liable for damages. All of the conducted mentioned in the complaint is against and in violation of the sexual harassment statues/code/policy. According to the law an employer must provide an environment free of sexual harrassment which is considered nude pictures, sexual suggestive music, unwanted touching of any type, cornering, whistling, unwanted advances and leering to name a few. If an employer knowingly allows or participate in any behavior that in considered to be sexual harrassment they can be held liable in court. It doesn't matter if its a gansta rap label or Microsoft you can't do that shit! Any lawyer or paralegal can tell you this!!!!!! You have to have a PROFESSIONAL work environment and not some damn mad house ran like a fucking club! Once again that on the block shit don't work in the businesses world.....
