1. 50 is doing big, big things. His entrepeunural skills should are something we could all learn from. Personally - I like the whole G-Unit movement. Back 2 Business was the best mix-CD I heard this year. Prodigy and Buck shine. Even Yayo has some fire. 50's delivery, voice is what makes him stand out - hate it or love it.

He's an untalented thug who pushed his way into a position of influence by punking a white boy - David Mays. Ray has destroyed the Source as a publication. IT will never be taken seriously again. XXL is the new "bible" of hip hop. The fact that a magazine is used as a platform to attack artists, labels, radio stations is inconsistent w/what journalism is all about. Sad.

For those of you 50 cent dick-sucking pre-teens out there, you guys are the reason why 50 is as big as he is now. First off, me and Young Cheesy are not the same person, we just happen to share the same intelligent opinions. Secondly, I won't front on the fact that the South is running the airwaves these days. I mean, all I have to do is turn on the radio or watch 106 & Park (which has gone downhill faster than an Olympic downhill skier) to hear Southern rap. But just because they are all over the place now doesn't mean they are good music. I like some Southern artists myself, like T.I., Ludacris and Bun B. However, with that said, there are a whole bunch of wack MCs and groups coming out from the South too. The rap game has put the spotlight on certain regions of the U.S. in the past 10 years. Of course we have the East Coast representing in the early 90s, then we have the West Coast movement with Pac and N.W.A., then we got the Mid-West with Chi-Town and North Carolina. Now the spotlight just happens to be in the South. No disrespect to the Southern groups, but if it wasn't for Lil' Jon stupid gimmicks, would the general public even acknowledge that the South exists? Sure we already had white people all over Outkast's dick, but I bet you half of them even know they are from the South until someone else told them so. I know the South has been doing their thing for more than a minute now, but they are over-saturating the masses with the same ol' Southern sound these days. I don't think the South will fade. Maybe from the mainstream, but not altogether by any means. They were doin their thing before they even blew up on a mainstream level. People who are jumpin on the bandwagon are only catchin up on what's been goin on down here for a while. Yea a whole new region is gonna be on top in a few years or so -- and it won't be the North -- but I guarantee you the South won't just fade outta existence. There'll still have appearances and artists lookin for their production work. We appeal to somethin completely different as opposed to up there, which is why we just won't go away.
