So what's the criteria for people wanting their favorite rapper to get out of free? The ability to spit a few hot 16's does not warrant freedom.

Alot of public schools in New york city especially are a at disadvantage and those that are born to wUTLess parents that dont do anything to support the growth of their seed positively.
