Honestly, I don't know who I'd say is better. I like them both, but I guess Li'l Kim would be slightly better. I infact purchased Notorious Kim and that happens to be one of my favorite CDs. Ill Nana 2, I also got, and it's another one of my favorites, but Kim topped that album by a little.
